Ulasan Seoul Garden Hotel

It was worth for the price. Room was hygienic but very warm. We were sweating on the first night. The second night, we had to open the window (it was -1 degree C.) Travellers are reminded to bring their toothbrush and toothpaste.

The service not fully like a standard hotel such as no room services. Actually, the room is clean and staff polite.

The hotel is located in a convenient area between Gongdeok and Mapo stations. Behind the hotel there are many eateries and pubs. I usually choose this hotel when I visit because of all the hotels in the area, this typically is always at a favorable price point comparably.

Perfect location. Airport bus dropped right in front. Room was slightly dated, housekeeper barely did any cleaning as there was hair clogged in the bath tub even after they came in. But they refilled water daily. Overall, would stay again if they improve.

Hotel is clean, and quite smart in equipment like smart toilet. The air con is more advanced to Japan hotel if considering this hotel is actually a bit old, at least can tune down the temperature at your choice.

The hotel is very nice and spacious and is near a lot of restaurants and establishments. The staff can speak English and are all very accommodating. Basic amenities are included in the room, buy add-ons need to be purchased separately from a vending machine at the lobby.

Staffs are friendly nice great jobs taking care of guests me and my wife deeply recommend to friends and family thank you for your efforts

My stay here is comfortable and quiet. Room has no view. Behind the hotel there are many restaurants open at night. Cross 2 roads infront of hotel is the airport bus stop. It’s convenient to take the airport limousine bus to airport. No need make reservation, just go up and tap the card. Took about an hour to reach airport T2.

In a really good location right by Mapo station and many businesses. Customer service left much to be desired. They weren't flexible with any minor requests. The rooms are old and outdated. I would only stay here if you get a very good deal.

This lovely establishment offers the convenience of an airport limousine bus service right at its doorstep, with Mapo Subway station just a short stroll away. Multiple direct bus routes to Seoul Station and Myeongdong are easily accessible. The cozy room size is perfect for couples, and the English-speaking receptionists are readily available to assist guests with valuable information. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel.

So great place. But only two problems, I can’t control room temperature and not good shower head. Other things were so great.

The facility is not new but clean enough. The room is spacious compared to other same star of hotel. The front desk service can be improved.

Perfect location near top attractions with a bus stop just across the road and subway station few miles away. Although the room was not so spacious, but it's more than enough to me. It was clean and had great city views. The staff was friendly, offering excellent service and providing a convenient luggage storage option. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Seoul!

Although the stay was good in general, the semi room was quite small.
