Ulasan Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju

A great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

The resort is new and beautiful, but the service is extremely strict. There are soooo many rules to follow, we didn't want to stay more time. The swimming pool at the resort is not for children it's only for adults, only the swimming pool at the hotel is available for children and adults. If you don't finish your food for any reason, even after paying, you can't take it to go and they rush you to finish your food and leave. During my dinner it wasn't pleasant to have someone rushing you because they need to close. I thought the customer was priority in this kind of hotels, especially for the price we are paying. At the front desk they are helpful and friendly.

Accessible easily by car/bus only. Great location to explore coast, and is near an area with convenience stores and restaurants.

The hotel was very nice and big. There was live music playing in the evening with someone singing in the center area. I was very happy with my stay.

Good pit stop area when covering the east side of Jeju. Good facilities with indoor and outdoor pool. Convenience store located within the complex at the resort side.

The hotel is stunning and the rooms were really nice. Special mention to the bathroom which was so clean and so luxurious. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, we were quite disappointed to face a price to access the sauna and nothing to eat or drink offered in the room for such a high-standard hotel. The swimming pool was nice but so stinky that we weren't comfortable going in it. The outdoor pool was not heated enough to swim in it during winter. The hotel had so many things included (24-hour convenience store, multiple restaurants) you could basically live there. Beware that there are a lot of families, therefore kids and you can hear them from early morning. If you go there it's good to have a car but the village next to them has many different restaurants and a large nice beach. The big minus: we booked a room for 3 on Trip.com but when we arrived at the hotel they said it was only for two and we had to pay an extra per night quite high. In short: I highly recommend the place.

제주도 서쪽에서 동쪽으로 넘어가기 위해 선택했는데 위치가 중간쯤이라 좋았어요 호텔 직원들 진짜 친절하고 방 컨디션도 좋았어요 바다도 예쁘고, 수영장이 진짜 뷰가 좋은데 물은 온수풀이라고하지만 추웠어요 대신 실내수영장에서 잘 놀았습니다 조식도 맛있고 사람도 붐비지 않아서 쾌적하게 이용했어요 다음에 한번 더 머무르고 싶습니다

일단 차로 호텔에 도착해서 에스코트 받으면서 프론트로 이동했어요. 호텔이 커서 그런지 체크인 대기자들이 많았습니다.씨사이드 룸이라서 베란다로 나가니 바다가 보여 뷰가 좋았어요.방에 침대에 누워도 바다가 보여요.제주도 여행 마지막날은 좋은 호텔에서 보내야 한다고 해서 여기로 예약했는데 부대시설들도 아주 만족합니다.주위에 식당도 가까워서 흑돼지 먹으러 갔어요.무엇보다도 야외수영장이 해비치 호텔의 탑인 것 같아요.실내수영장은 어린이들이 많고요.저녁 때 비가 내려서 더욱 운치있었어요.ㅣ

제주를 일년에 3~4회 이상 가는편 입니다 제주시 나 중문에 위치한 호텔에서 주로 제주 서남부를 많이 보게되어 이번 리뉴얼 한 해비치에 오랜만에 갔었는데 이전보다 시설 깔끔하게 정비되고 방도 넓어져서 편안하게 잘 있었습니다 주변 산책로나 해안가 위치가 워낙 좋아서 제주에서 추천할만한 손꼽히는 곳 입니다 성산 이나 동부 해안 아름다운 해안도로를 가 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다

모든 직원분들이 친절하고, 객실도 깨끗했어요. 위치는 표선해수욕장 바로 앞에 있어서 해비치로 숙소 잡길 잘했다는 생각이 절로 들었어요. 다음에도 다른 가족들이랑 올때 또 오려고 합니다

표선에 위치한 호텔이어요. 직원분들 굉장히 친절하시고, 지나다니다 마주칠 때마다 밝게 인사해주셔서 기분이 굉장히 좋았어요. 침구, 화장실 모두 깨끗합니다. 전자레인지는 없고, 커피포트와 인덕션이 있었어요. 야외 수영장도 따듯하니 잘 즐기고 왔어요!!! 조식은 뷔페 아니고 사진처럼 브런치나, 한식, 일식 중에서 고를 수 있었어요. 가족 여행 숙소로 잘 즐기다 갑니다!

미국에서 직장생활하느라 지친 딸과 우리부부 여행에 행복한 마무리.추웠지만 따뜻했던 야외수영장에서 수영 깔끔한 리조트 편안함 그리고 해변 너무좋으네요
