Conveniently located above the train station, with a famous mall right opposite.

Service was excellent, breakfast was nice which consisted more of Japanese than international food, and shops are nearby via the Marunouchi North Exit without having to go through the ticket gates.

Location is amazing and staff is very helpful. Concierge was extremely helpful when booking restaurants in advance highly recommend the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in is spacious with a nice city view. We enjoy our stay and will definitely come again in the near future.

The hotel is located in the train station but you have to make the correct exit to look for the entrance. Look out for the south exit. Hotel is well maintained and breakfast was superb.

Beautiful hotel located on top of Tokyo’s busiest transit hub. The Imperial Palace is a short walk from the hotel. Our room was in the small side and faced a wall, but was still well appointed. Would return if an interesting eate was available, otherwise would consider alrernatice options within this price range.

Great location and fantastic concierges. In particular, Marie Antoinette and Saito-san provided us with excellent recommendations and support. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in a central location.

Beautiful heritage building. Pleasant and safe neighbourhood. Convenient location that is accessible to the main railway network and metro. Not too far walking distance to Ginza.

The facility is great. Great location and a historical site. It is absolutely gorgeous around the hotel site. We love the old style of the hotel. However, the service was subpar. We were made to wait for the hotel while they had issues with the booking. It wasn't our fault unfortunately, as we show the hotel the booking confirmation details.

The location of this hotel is very convenient and it is a good place to stay after a long flight. The ticket office is nearby and it is easy to buy JR tickets for the rest of your trip. The facilities are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The service in this hotel is excellent and simply one of the best in Japan. We had a wonderful stay after our flight and felt refreshed. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!
