Best hotel in SF. Avoid the downtown area due to homelessness

The bed was kind of lumpy and uncomfortable, time for new mattresses. They need another restaurant. The one they have is very expensive and very exclusive in their menu. Breakfast is great in the bar area but need a better choice for restaurant. Their older restaurant was good before the remodel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The amenities at the hotel were great including a nice coffee/tea station. The location worked perfect for us and is very walkable. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in San Francisco.

The mattress and pillows are just right. Clean and kinda japandi-industrial interior style. I love the many comfy chairs and sofas in the lobby. Book the top floor and you'll find amazing an amazing view of the city and the skies. The lobby is awesome and free coffee (Red Bay) and teas next to their bar. Bring your own slippers, we bought our own from Daiso downstairs or maybe you could call and request, bit we didn't do that. I also didnt like the smell of the bath robe, so i didnt use it. It was clean though, maybe it was just me. I love the shower and the toilet, as well as the Jonathan Adler toiletries. Staff are super nice and honest. The toilet paper though is 1 star, but at least the facial tissue are good. I love that it's quiet, and the temperature in the room is great. We like that it's modern and not traditional. I'm glad we chose to stay here. We really had a very relaxing time away from work.

The hotel is located in a quiet spot in the city. Super clean facilities, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Nice lobby for hanging out and reading or working. Very peaceful.

Very convenient hotel if you want to enjoy Japan town and Fillmore district. Small parking lot but have one spot for EV charging. Staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds and a clean room. Would recommend!

Always love my stays at Hotel Kabuki. Great location, wonderful ambiance and well appointed gym.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast seemed overpriced but was fresh and substantial. This was our second time to stay at this hotel and we plan to return again.

The flexibility to allow early check-in and late checkout was greatly appreciated, as was the staff’s assistance allowing me to re-enter the room to retrieve lost items!

Overall, not bad. Although some unexpected things happened, neither me or the hotel could provide enough self-clarification, right? In addition, the air conditioner is very loud and annoying. Expect that, the hotel staff are friendly and the environment is very clean. It is close to a shopping mall and is very convenient for dining and shopping.

The ambiance of the hotel was pleasant. The bed mattress was softer than preferred.
