Front desk/counter (female) crew is not friendly & not helpful. However, the bell service/door man (male) is doing a good job. Breakfast cleaning & table setting crews not doing work seriously.

Clean hotel, wonderful environment in historical town. We had a great time here using Meitang hotel as a base to explore villages in Toishan area. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Chikan will open more areas by Chinese New Year 2025 - hope to be back again! Infinity pool on the roof was a highlight

Great Hotel in the middle of the historical town. The service was excellent .Siu Tong 小唐did an amazing job and was super nice . 谢谢🙏🏻 Loved the rooftop pool. Only breakfast could be improved yo make it a real five star experience.

Excellent place for overnight stay. Or even for 2 nights as we did. The atmosphere of the Chikan city, especially during quiet evenings, is magical. The restaurant is serving tasty food, not the cheapest but highly recommended. Swimming pool is a real bonus!

這次入住的體驗真的非常滿意，整體來說完全超出了我的預期！衛生：房間打掃得一塵不染，床單、毛巾都非常乾淨，沒有任何異味，浴室也保持得十分整潔，讓人住得很放心。服務：工作人員的態度超好的，從入住到退房，每個環節都讓人感到貼心。前台接待親切有禮，客房服務也很迅速，有任何需求都能及時得到回應，真的讓人覺得賓至如歸。環境：酒店的環境一流，無論是大堂的裝潢還是公共區域的設計，都顯得高雅舒適。周邊的景觀也很棒，無論是白天還是夜晚，都能感受到寧靜與放鬆的氛圍。設施：設施方面同樣是一流水準，尤其是泳池，真的超棒！水質清澈，環境優美，無論是游泳還是拍照都很適合。總之，這家酒店無論是硬體還是軟體都無可挑剔，絕對會推薦給朋友，下次有機會一定會再來入住！

酒店位於園區核心地段，乘坐鐺鐺車和遊船很方便。整體設計風格新穎，衞生乾淨整潔。工作人員服務態度都很好，細緻周到，保潔人員都會主動問好。酒店自帶游泳池，晚上去很涼爽。要是早餐品類能再豐富一些就更完美啦。

性價比高。園區活動超級多。睇幾場表演都值回房價。可以在裏面呆上幾天。從早上到晚上都有表演。美堂酒店的餐飲挺不錯的。性價比高，建議三餐在裏面解決就好。
