Love this resort; a lot of facilities & activities to do in this resort. Love the apartment-like resort that we felt like we were home after check in👍🏽

Nice 3 bedroom, with kitchen, living room, dining area. Comes with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Bathroom in master bed room comes with a bath, while the other has a shower. Spacious and clean. Kids love it. No problems putting 3 large luggages.

Room are clean and modern. Lots of privacy Due to it is Service Apartment style, 1- you need to sort out your trash and bring it to the bin ( Fine will be imposed if is not sorted or clear out ) 2- you need to wash up your dish and put in back in cupboard before you check out. You need to go over to Marriott hotel if you wanna swim.....not within the compound. There are free parking lot, open and spacious, so if you drive in Jeju is great. Shin Hwa Marriot Casino and hotel is a 3-5 min drive away. Shopping and bowling arcade with lots of eatery in the mall area.

The apartment is very near to the theme park and provides free theme park admission. However, we need to drive out to get to the other attractions. Convenience store is nearby and the sauna and indoor swimming pool is a plus especially during cold weather. The apartment area does not seem to be solely owned by the hotel organisation. Therefore, there may be a mix of residents and tourists.

- Apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Very cozy and comfortable for a holiday home. Suitable for family with kids. - Impress with Front desk service in resolving our lighting problem. Special thanks to Mr Yin, the Manager. - Parking lot just right outside the apartment. - Will definitely stay here for my next trip.

Fun and quiet, good place to stay Good for family stay But the towels are a bit rude I don't understand why they only give 5 extra towels for 2 nights and 3 days in a 6-person room I would appreciate it if you could change the towels every day

I always use Shinhwa World when I visit Jeju Island, and among them, I think Somerset is the best. I feel bad about the buffet, so I go to another place, but the room is really nice.

The swimming pool facilities and breakfast restaurant are all gathered at the place where you first checked in! However, the restaurants and convenience stores within the Shinwha World Resort complex are a bit far away. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the ＜main location＞ You can make a reservation for the swimming pool in advance It opened at 9 and was open until dinner There is a small bath in the swimming pool changing room, one cold and one hot, so I went there and warmed up a bit even if I didn't swim Please refer to the breakfast restaurant photo

It was spacious and clean, and although there were a lot of family members, it was comfortable and I had a great time. I will make a reservation again next time I go to Jeju.
