Ulasan Dengfeng Zhongzhou International Shaolin Hotel

I stayed with my husband and a friend for two nights. We had a great experience. All the staff was extremely nice, while also making an extra effort for us to feel comfortable and communicate with us, which is not a given in other hotels in China as they usually don’t speak English. We are particularly thankful to Lina, Xiao Jing and Xiao Ming for the attentive care of us. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was perfect for visiting the Shaolin temple, only took a short taxi ride to get there. We had a chance to try the food during breakfast and dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Everything we had was delicious. We would come back, highly recommended.

I had fresh bowls of fruits delivered to me everyday, each time with a thoughtful handwritten note wishing me good blessings. It's a beautiful gesture! The room was nice and clean. However, the walls seemed thin and I could hear my neighbours. It did feel quite cold at night too. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was sufficient and powerful. I would have liked to have some English channels to watch on TV and more English speaking staff. Overall, I was satisfied and pleased with my pick. Thank you

Large room, nice furniture, very clean. Friendly staff service. Ate at restaurant on 2nd floor and had room service food too, staff from 2nd floor restaurant came to my room with an iPad menu to assist my food ordering, as i didn’t know how to use their online WeChat food menu. I’ve stayed here twice. Highly recommend. Unfortunately the gym is not open, no sauna, no swimming pool.

Smooth check in. Friendly staff and very clean. Also complimentary beverages after long day of sight seeing.

No English-speaking stuff at all. It not at 5-star hotel, it’s like flat with concierge service. No cafe or anything near the hotel. But I like the view)

曉娟曉靜接待的我們 贈送了水果，還幫忙拿行李，大堂很氣派，裝修豪華型，早餐豐富多樣，可能是出遊淡季，人不是很多，標間也很大，寬敞，一共四棟樓，我們住在3號樓，買的時候沒有注意，沒買含早餐，曉娟主動贈送了同行六人的早餐，非常感謝，出行一個星期，走了四個城市，這個酒店是同價位性價比最高的一家酒店，沒有之一，乾淨整潔，豪華氣派，招待客户很有牌面，不錯的選擇。

房間乾淨，床很舒服，浴品不錯。大堂，客房服務熱情，入住送了水果。感謝小娜等。早餐豐富，口味好 麪好吃。最喜歡酒店茶薰。其實酒店內部還可以搞一些茶藝類的養心活動，更符合少林文化。少林景區也超越想象，博大精深

性價比非常高的一家酒店，一看裝修就屬於當地非常上檔次的酒店，一進大堂就很闊氣。給我們升級了房型，床單弄臟了立馬給換了也沒加收費用，酒店非常大，房間也很舒服，一次很好的住宿體驗。下次去登封必須還住這個酒店

酒店規模氣勢恢宏，高端大氣上檔次。房間和服務都很好。前台兩位女孩子安琪和曉鳴非常友善温暖送了蘋果水果盒。還有小童牙刷和拖鞋，細節上的人性化服務。唯一美中不足的是早餐雖然非常豐盛，但是所有得到的訊息都是早餐時間是6點——10點，從前台到3號樓反覆確認時間都是6點——10點。可是早上9點37到餐廳的時候，餐廳已經在撤餐，米粉麪條煎蛋麪包牛奶大多數菜品水果全部都沒有了，非常遺憾。希望通知客人早餐時間可以調整為6點——9點半。

第二次來登封爬嵩山了，上次來的時候這家酒店還沒開，住的民宿，這次來定了這家中州國際少林大飯店，體驗感實在是太好了，設施完善而且很新，環境整潔乾淨衞生，服務也很及時到位，登封地廣人稀，吃東西除了外賣，就在酒店用餐最方便，東西好吃也豐盛。本來定的一晚直接續訂多一晚，去少室山和太室山打車到景區都很方便。 特別感謝吳安琪、李更謙、小姍、小鳴四位酒店人員，很耐心幫我們升級為禪房套房和贈送早餐。體驗感直網上升。下次再來還會選中州國際。
