Ulasan TTC Imperial Hotel

The property has very cool, clean, and nice decor. The staff was excellent anytime we needed anything, especially Van Duc, who helped us secure a jeep tour to Da Nang. He was very helpful during this process and continued to check to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel is very economical. I recommend staying at this property.

This hotel don't have shower in the bathroom, very inconvenient. But the location is great, the breakfast is multi choice and yummy. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Its an excellent hotel with river views, very clean and efficient service by everyone. Breakfast spread is superb and caters to every taste bud. Lovely decor, old world charm and modernity all seamlessly intertwined. Enjoyed our stay.

No investment to renovate the hotel by TTC has not been made yet. And I wonder if TTC would do it later. It's all about real estate investment. You must retrain the female manager of the reception. It seems like that she believes she's professional, but she's not. I am sure she's a very armature for the occupation. Breakfast was good. The room I stayed was terrible. I guess she exchanged my room under the trick of a better river view attraction. I would visit Hue again. But I will choose another hotel for sure. The doorman was doing right on his job. Please do not let any kids to touch the keyboard of the piano in the lobby. You insist this is a 5-star hotel. Extra service price of the hotel is greedy.

房間很大，很乾凈，就是電插座比較少，床頭燈要開就不能插充電器。早餐味道不錯，大堂經理人不錯。住朝東的房間樓層高點能看到日出。

酒店地點不錯剛好在中間，過橋就是古城。當地人夜市很熱鬧都是年輕人，吃的東西15000盾均一很便宜。有名的咖啡店有幾家在附近。當地小吃真不錯比河內胡志明都有特色。民風淳樸，天姥寺要五公里，不過福緣塔值得看看，皇家贊助的建寺有遊船碼頭。

과거에 5성급 호텔의 모습 (마루바닥과 고풍스러운 가구)을 유지하고 있으나 오래된 호텔에 비해 관리는 되고 있는듯 불편한것은 없었고 직원들의 태도가 비즈니스호텔과 차이가 확연히 느껴질정도로 좋았습니다. 단체가 들어오긴 했는데 위치상 왕궁이나 여행자거리쪽으로 걸어서 이동하기도 좋은 위치입니다.

그냥 리뷰를 작성하는데 진심으로 좋은곳이야 추천합니다 조식뷔페인데도 맛있게 먹었어 너무 깔끔하게 굿 야외수영장? 좀 아쉽네요

Gediegenes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente, guter Ausstattung und perfekter Lage. Unser Zimmer im 15. Stock mit Flussblick war grandios, der Ausblick durch die riesigen Panoramafenster war phenomenal. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die etwas laute Klimaanlage.

Phục vụ tốt, ăn sáng chưa phong phú đúng 5 sao. Tổng thể ở thời điểm này là rất tốt rồi
