Great location. Everything is nearby. Our suite condo was a bit dirty, could see better cleaning service. Some of the girls working in the reception probably having a bad day every day and would like to be somewhere else and they don’t hesitate to show it to customers. Some of them are very helpful though.

The apartment smells bad and dirty, it seems not to be staying for some time, the air conditioner and refrigerator also smell, only one toilet is inconvenient for 3-bed rooms guests stay in. The design unlike the photos seen.

loction is perfect
5 minute walk to mrt station, 1 station to Guangzhou exhibition hall
Many place to eat, walking distance to shopping mall. Full of chain restaurants. and local food.
Good for people who go there for exhibition. Location good and food nearby is not expensive.
They did clean the place everyday. But the apartment is a bit old, so things are old and meet to be refurbish or change. For example the sofa is dirty, I have to ask them to provide extra towel to cover it.
Also when we first check in, the smell of cigeratte is very strong.
First day, the bedsheets, towel and blanket is old and make me feel like it is not clean enough. Throughout the staying period, I used my own towel.
Suggest the service provider to keep some floor matt so when we walk out from the bath room, we make eve
View is perfect, the projector is good.
Overall experience is good. Just have to take extra care with the cleanliness
