在這個城市，這樣的酒店算新一些的，看看其他地方的，價格又貴還不划算，服務挺好的，也很方便，吃住都不錯，以後來了還會住這裏

房間可以，挺新的，很安靜，吃的也不錯，周圍環境挺好，旁邊有超市，也有AtM可以取錢，還有一個公園

服務態度不好，有房間一直説沒有，就是推薦貴的房間，這種營銷非常不好

前台小姐姐非常熱情。對面就是教堂。旁邊是SAS超市，24小時營業。

I’d like to acknowledge Mery from the reception for being so helpful and friendly in helping me out getting my overcharge YandexGo Taxi cab driver. I am still waiting if I get refunded for 9000dram as of this writing! I will definitely be back and will be careful this time with the taxi driver! Thanks Mery again for all your help!

Staying at the hotel from April 25-30, 2024 for the Yerevan Marathon. We are staying at Room 301. They gave us a room with no AC. Complained about the AC issue since day 1 and no action was taken. Very very disappointed with the service and facilities. Would not recommend this.

The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

The standout feature of my stay was the genuinely friendly staff, whose warmth and attentiveness added a special touch to the entire experience.

Thank you so much, Nacho Hotel ❤️ My husband and I spent an amazing 12 days in the hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is very clean, our room was convenient. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially thanks to the receptionists "Anushik, Anna, and Karen" they always helped us and responded to all our questions. the housekeepers were so cute and gave us all that we needed in our room. The doorbell "Alex" was very helpful. Amazing sauna and pool, WiFi was excellent and reachable My only comment would be on the food. There was no variety in breakfast, but overall, the food served was fresh and clean.

This hotel was very good. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and tidy. From this hotel, you can walk everywhere in the city, it was very good, and there was a 24-hour store very close to the hotel, which made our shopping much easier. It had a very good pool, but the pool is not very big, but it was satisfactory anyway. The behavior of the hotel staff was very good, but not all of them know English, so we expected the service staff to be able to speak English. Anyway, I recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel near the city centre. It takes only 10 minutes on foot to get to the centre. The staff is very helpful and kind doing their best to make your stay enjoyable. There’s a wonderful sauna and a swimming pool in the hotel which is a big plus. Breakfasts are really tasty and varied. We were in the hotel in June-July which meant we had the chance to taste the most delicious apricots in the world Armenia is famous for. For breakfast we had delicious pastry, different kinds of fresh juice, a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables and even poultry or sometimes meat which is a good start of a day. In other words, a big choice for anyone. The restaurant works during the day and you can take a table either inside or outside the hotel . Our room was very clean and tidy with enough light and space. The cleaner was always there trying to be helpful by bringing bottles of water or asking if we needed something. There’s a big shop next to the hotel where you can buy groceries or something necessary. In the evening we could buy some cheap delicious fresh fruits and vegetables sold by the locals not far from the hotel. Also, there’s a big bank not far from the hotel and a new big Armenian church nearby. Everything was really wonderful. Thanks everybody! Looking forward to our next trip to Armenia with amazing historical places, friendly and hospitable people creating that magic atmosphere and yes! unforgettable local cuisine.

A wonderful hotel with amazing breakfast, a sauna and swimming pool. And yes, the polite and friendly staff typical of Armenians. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. There’s a big store next to the hotel where you can buy food and other things. There’s a bank nearby and locals selling produce: the most delicious apricots in the world and I guess peaches in the autumn.
