The place is spacious, clean, and cozy. Daily cleaning service. Located on a quieter street, there are no noisy bars immediately near. When you open the windows there is lovely aroma of flowers. Just behind the hotel there is a great fruit market. Many local cafes and coffee shops nearby. They allowed me to check in earlier, which was lovely.

Nice apartments! Probably the freshest and most modern thing in Da Nang! Kitchens are convenient, you can cook a snack. There are several shops and a couple of markets with fresh vegetables and fruits nearby! The owner of the apartments is friendly! We recommend)

I liked the apartment. The family that runs the apartment is very friendly and helpful, we managed to help pay for tickets to Hue. The room is cleaned every day, kept clean. The house itself is located in a quiet place. Everything you need is nearby: fruits, shops, cafes. The only thing is poor soundproofing and a construction site nearby. But, as I understand it, the problem of soundproofing is common in Vietnam)

A new apart-hotel, the rooms are large, the air conditioning keeps the room cool. Each room has its own Wi-Fi router, but in the evening the Internet cannot cope, the speed is very low. There is a sofa and a coffee table, a work desk with a chair, a kitchen, but there is only one pot, a teapot and 2 plates, no mugs, only glasses. Tea and coffee are also not provided, only water. Overall, the hotel is nice and conveniently located.

The location and facilities are not bad It seems like it would be better not to stay for a while. There is construction going on between apartments. They started demolishing and cutting rebar from dawn. When I asked the landlord for some water, he told me to get it from the water purifier. I had a hard time every night because of the mosquitoes in the room.

The hotel facilities are very good, but the quilt cover and bedsheets have a scent left by some kind of lotion. It makes me feel dizzy and stuffy. People with a sensitive sense of smell should be careful.

The homestay is very fully equipped and clean
