Pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus! suka betapa luas ruangan itu! ✨ Satu-satunya hal yang tidak kami sukai adalah cara pembuatan tempat tidur karena selimut ditutupi dari satu ujung ke ujung lainnya dan diselipkan di belakang menempel ke dinding yang menurut kami tidak terlalu higienis. karena itu adalah area yang akan menyentuh wajah kita dan bagian belakang tempat tidur biasanya kotor 🥹 tapi selain itu adalah pengalaman yang bagus dengan staf yang baik dan ramah!

For this price not worth it. I stayed for two days. Breakfast not very good- from hot dish - just eggs and a lot of sweeta and bread, and drinks. For healthy eating - nothing to eat. The service girls in the morning and reception in the morning- was very nice, very wellcoming, and i like it. The one, which stays on night in reception even don’t speak english, its very bad, but she was nice and tried somehow, but for the hotel - it realy doesnt add any “plus“ - english, russian, chinese - should be the first language in hotels receptions. No good view from windows, to the basic spanish school yard, tv wasnt working good, and very very very loud conditionier working (realy loud). The shower wasnt working properly also and the hairdryer was very old and working slowly. Bathroom and rooms are clean and nice. They even dont give free water in rooms for this price, only extra payed drinks- not good also. I wouldnt stay again and wont come back. It should cost about 30 eu a night and no more.

This is my first time in Spain. The hotel provided me with clean and spacious rooms. A friendly and helpful reception. The lobby has a comfortable lounge space with seating, music and snacks. Very good experience!

The room is excellent. Nice pool on th top floor.

Cleanliness & amenities 0/5 I hate to say this but everything about the infrastructure is awful and disgusting, I don’t know which year is was built in or renovated, but once you entered the room you’ll spot moulds in almost every corner, floors are cracked and walls are filthy with stains. The air conditioning is barely working, no matter how cold you set it to, it will always keeps your room at 26 degree celsius which is really really hot in the summer. You really need to renovate your place because you are not qualified even as a hotel let alone a “4-star”, it’s merely a place to crash one night. Can’t imagine how I slept through in such filthy condition. Also Breakfast is low quality, as expected after seen the room. Location & Service 5/5 The exceptional service and friendliness brought by Mr. Osvaldo were the only pleasant things out of this stay. He should be recognized. Promote him or give him a raise.

The hotel is located in the tourist area. There are many good restaurants around. Not far from the centre and some of the famous tourist spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding tourism spots.

A young woman at the reception was very very friendly! Great location! Clean and big room! Well equipped. I would put a teapot in the room but that’s not a big deal. Highly recommend this hotel!

4 star is overrated Small pool with limited and small gym. I don't call it as gym anyway. Should improve more on amenities Otherwise location is good with friendly staffs.

I think for the price we paid, this hotel is mediocre but nothing too bad.

Everything was as expected - room was spacious, fairly clean, bed was comfy

Room is very spacious, with bright lighting, very convenient for moving around if you travel with many luggages. Some areas of the room was a bit dusty but still very neat. They also provide a kettle which some hotels don’t do. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!
