Temiz otel güzel hizmet. Arabanız varsa konumu da çok problem değil. Akşam odamıza meyve gönderilmesi extra bir memnuniyet sebebi oldu. Tavsiye edilir.

This hotel threw us the best wedding party!!! They were so easy and amazing to work with. We have folks telling us that it was the most beautiful wedding party they have EVER attended! Melike and the staff were fab. They made my husband and I feel so special, especially with our newlywed room. They also took GREAT care of my folks during this, their first trip to Türkiye. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have stayed there quite a few times but this time they made us feel very uncomfortable from start. me and my sister booked two separate rooms on our arrival they asked us very stupid questions and asking us to prove that we are brother and sister. When I asked them why would I need to do that as we have our own rooms they said it’s their policy If we didn’t prove they would cancel our booking it was 9 pm if u know maras there isn’t many choice especially that time a night. More I tried to make sense of the situation more stupid it became My sister is married so her surname wouldn’t match mine after a lot of arguments they eventually let us stay honestly all my travels I have never came a cross anything as stupid as this

Very good and pleasant stay Clean spacious and very friendly staff Great breakfast choices a lot of clean and organised sitting arrangements this our third stay in last 4 months and me and my colleagues can’t fault it. This will be our place to stay when are in maras for sure

The first day at Breakfast I noticed that most of non-european guests are not wearing masks. They go all around without masks, even in the buffet area. Of course if guests are not following the rules it is a task of the Staff to inform them. This is essential to show that the Staff does efforts to protect the other guests, that might be weak in front of Covid 19. I highligthed it to one waiter and he looked at me as to say: "it is not important". Then I talked to the Manager and let him notice that this is something the Staff should check. We had a gentle discussion, and he agreed. Second day, same story. People going around without mask in restaurant, reception and lifter. This is very serious because it means that my complaint of the previous day were not even took in consideration! This is absolutely bad. We pay to have good services and safe hotels, but unfortunately the management of this Ramada is not able to handle the situation and the Staff is not educated to provide a safe stay to the guests. The Staff is absolutely careless.

Sıcak bir karşılama ile otele giriş yaptım.Gurultusuz ve üst katlardan oda rica ettim.İlgilendiler sağolsun ve çok güzel bir odada gerçekten dinlendim.Resepsiyonda çalışan yanlış hatırlamıyorsam Ahmet kardeşim işini severek yapıyor her halinden belli Teşekkürler

Wyndham sadakat programına üye olurken sorun yaşadım lakin resepsiyondaki Beyza hanım üye olmam konusunda çok yardımcı oldu , ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim aynı zamanda respsiyonda çalışan diğer arkadaşlara da güler yüzlü ve samimi davranışlarından dolayı teşekkür ederim , odalar temiz ve ferahtı aynı zamanda otelin manzarası çok güzel , kesinlikle kalmanızı tavsiye ederim

Otele girdiğinizde sizi güleryüzle karşılayan bellboy arkadaşlar ve resepsiyon ekibi daha sonrasında hızlı check-in işleminin ardından otel hakkında kısa bir bilgi verdikten sonra odamıza geçtik odalar geniş ve temizdi kahvaltı çeşidi ***et iyiydi sadece fiyat biraz pahalı onun harici gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilrisniz , konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim.

Kahramanmaraş Ramada oteli güler yüzlü personeli ve sorunsuz hizmeti ile insanı mutlu eden bir yapı ile gerçekten mükemmel. Buradan özellikle otel personeline çok teşekkür ediyorum ayrıca bu oteli inşa eden sahiplerine teşekkür ediyorum. Kahramanmaraş’a yolunuz düşerse iyi bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak isterseniz tavsiye ederim.
