My wife, 2 teenage sons and I stayed here for 1 week. The location was really convenient, away from the hustle and bustle of Times sq, but 5 mins from a red line, and 10 mins from a green line express meant getting around was easy. Our apartment was really spacious, with a giant bedroom for adults, and a separate section (kind of an alcove) for the kids. There was also a cloakroom, a full bathroom/shower and an additional shower room, a bare bones kitchen and a living area. Within the building we also had access to free washer dryers, larger kitchens, a terrace and a games room. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. We would very happily stay here again.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Placemakr on Wall Street..we had originally booked a different hotel ut changed the day before we travelled to Placemakr instead and we are so glad we did. We had a 1 bedroom sky apartment, it had a kitchen and living area, a separate bedroom and also a nook with bunk beds which were great for our 12 year old twins..it also had 2 showers and 2 toilets and a decent sized space. Staff were so friendly and the place has the added bonus of a games room, laundry, large dining amd kitchen communal spaces too..a terrace, although we didn't use it and a cafe downstairs. It's tastefully decorated throughout with a warehouse, industrial vibe. Location great in financial district..5 mins from 1 of the wall street subway Stations, 2 mins from ferry to DUMBO, 10 mins from staten island ferry, 10 mins from 9/11 and oculus. Mini Market nearby too. Would totally recommend!

Super comfortable, super clean, super location in FiDi, and lots of room especially for NYC. The small touches around the hotel like allowing early check in when requested, terrace overlooking water to enjoy morning coffee and books in room and around lobby to peruse while waiting for family to arrive. Close to piers with restaurants, bars and ferries. I would definitely stay again.

Incredible apartment type rooms in the heart of Wall Street ❤️. We stayed on the 9th floor. Netflix, Apple TV, Hi speed Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, ACRE shop. All this makes your stay very comfortable and very convenient in the heart of Manhattan.

Beautiful waterfront views out the two walls of glass windows of our 3 bedroom corner suite. Coffee shop onsite with a delicious restaurant attached to the lobby. Two other coffee shops across the street. Grocery store is 2 blocks away which made eating in our suite easy. Ping pong table, other games in that room and gym were such a nice add. Nice decor, clean and vibrant feel. Can easily go for a run right next to the water. Battery park with Statue of Liberty a 4 min walk. Red line is 2ish blocks away. Two other lines also close. Would highly recommend! Hard to find multiple room suites in NYC. Worth a very penny.

My stay at Placemakr Wall Street was outstanding. Nestled in the bustling Financial District, the hotel offered a clean, spacious room with chic, modern decor. The full kitchen was a delightful convenience, and the city views were breathtaking. Staff were friendly and the rooftop terrace was a serene spot to unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home in the heart of New York City. Can't wait to return!

Be careful and do not provide your bank data to this hotel. It is dangerous. Cheap hotel cheap management. I saw this happens to other clients recently with this hotel.Read previous reviews. My experience with this Hotel is terrible. The booking process has been plenty of irregularities, errors and phising from the hotel. They cancelled twice my reservation. (By written). So I booked in other Hotel, tired of it. The day before arrival they ask me to complete my reservation as it was not finalised.I did not...obviously. In any case I called them in a polite and friendly way to advise them for that message. My surprise was when I was charged with penalisation of 400 euros. well, sometimes errors happens... it was so clear the error so I contacted them calmy. I faced a young manager, named Ms. Aleena Laracuente , an empowered women great by her sarcasm and total lack of profesionalism that deny the reality all the time, even with the proofs (they own messages) in front of her. Ms Laracuente, I'm not a frustrated man. I'm a proffesional that like to do things in the right way.

We stayed in several hotels this trip, including Placemakr Wallstreet. What a wonderfully beautiful and creative hotel this was! From the lobby to the corridors and finally the great and large room, a feast for the eyes. The room is an attraction in itself, super cool! The best thing about this hotel, however, is the ladies at the reception, their energy and friendliness make you feel right at home, the staff really deserves all the praise! It was a great stay ladies, thank you!!

We loved our stay at the Placemakr! My husband and 2 boys stayed in a one bedroom gourmet and it was perfect for us. So much space! We cooked each night and had all of what we needed. Expect the can opener but the front desk has one so no harm done. It’s a quieter place to stay which we loved. Walking distance to the Battery, Brooklyn Bridge, 9-11 museum. We couldn’t fault our stay and will definitely be back if we are in New York!
