Ulasan Mirage Colombo

Very clean hotel, and ideal location right by the sea and central to a variety of restaurants and shops. Staff in particular are the nicest bunch, very polite and go out their way to be super accommodating, loved it so much stayed here twice - highly recommend!

コロンボの南方インド洋を望む海岸沿いに位置し、レストラン、プールから絶景が望める。客室も広く申し分ないが、シャワーが太陽光発電で沸かしているため湯温が充分でない。また連泊でもタオル、シャンプー等の補充なく、この点は減点対象。

除了兩個搞衞生小哥可以，其他的都一般般。可能價格也偏低，4晚上花了1560+，不包早餐。進去的時候，地板粘鞋。沒有洗衣服服務。床單上帶血跡。體驗感相當差。 另外位置可以，躺在床上就可以看海。 應該不會有下次入住了。

房間很寬敞，可以直接看到海，馬路對面就是網紅小紅車，唯一不足就是沒有地方晾換洗的衣服🥲

The room is very clean and staff are polite. The sea view is very good and scenic. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and amenities were provided were top notch. The hotel is situated in the middle of the colombo city and easy to find.

Stayed here coinciding with New Year's Eve 2024 and joined the gala dinner dance party which was amazingly organised and fun. My wow moment was winning the title of "Mirage Queen"! Got to interact with lovely people from different parts of the world during the event. I specially loved watching trains pass by. Great location, beach view, yummy food, superb staff! Highly recommended!

Thought our stay was only one night, we enjoyed the amazing view from our room. We are indian tamils and had good restaurants also nearby. The breakfast and hospitality here were v good. We didn’t have our lunch or dinner, but would definitely recommend our other family and friends for stay here. The swimming pool was amazing!

The stay was good ,rooms were nice .The rooms were facing the beach .The hotel is close to the city ,which is convenient for everyone.The food was very nice .They have a wide spread for both dinner and breakfast.The staff were polite and welcoming.

In Mirage , I saw people Alive while im traveling in Sri Lanka. Teh staff gave ke and my daughter a nice evenings in full moon days near the sea.. and sea beras in the city Colombo… i like you All to come and feel Thire hospitality Once in your life.

My wife and I stayed in Mirage Hotel Colombo from 29 April 2024 to 12 May. We had a nice relaxing ocean view from a spacious room. Our stay throughout was pleasant, peaceful. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The staff in the front office and the restaurant were courteous and helpful. I liked the vegetarian options for the breakfast.

The worst check in experience ever at this hotel moments ago. Walked in to check in my aunt close to midnight and the reception filled up details handed over room key 509 on 5th floor. Went to the floor and opening the door we realized it was a room so dirty and not at all suitable or ready for occupancy. Hastily after some noise another room was offered in 3rd floor which wasn’t a triple but with makeshift small extra bed. At midnight after long travels it was a bad experience. No responsible manager on site, no housekeeper not even duty manager at work. The poor receptionist had to make up the room and beds kudos to him. Bad experience due to bad management they must correct it immediately.

Very Good Hotel . Needs some Mino Renovation .Rest every thing is value for money . Their ocean view rooms are very spacious . Breakfast has a very good spread . We stayed for 6 nights and wanted some additional foods for breakfast . We asked and they provided . Chef Nimesh and Manager Lasan are very professional and very helpful. Last Tip - 6 th Rooms are fantastic especially 609 . Mahesh Sethi

We received a very reasonable last minute accommodation deal. Hotel is clean, staff very friendly. Traffic is a little noisy from pool deck, but unable to hear within hotel. Loved the sunset from restaurant deck. Meal from restaurant was amazing - sizzling beef exceptional , stayed with 3 other friends and all had amazing meals :) Great value - great food

Labor Justice and Research Guarantee Limited hosted a five-day international conference at Mirage, and it surpassed all expectations. The event was a resounding success, largely due to the exceptional hospitality and accommodating attitude of the staff towards last-minute changes. Despite encountering some challenging issues during the conference, the staff and management handled them efficiently and provided us with excellent support. We would love to return to host another event at this venue and highly recommend it for any official gatherings.
