Ulasan Vivien's Hotel

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly...1 thing i don't like they dont have cabinet! But the bed is comfortable..stay for 1 day or 2 days very good..if u stay more than 2 days its not convenient coz no place for to put the clothes 😀

Just went there this morning for a 3day stay. It's near the airport, staff were very nice, everything is clean as well. Budget friendly too!

love the hotel considering its near from what you need in a location, very accessible and very clean. We are a couple who always go to Cebu and Viviens hotel is our go to stay. thank you

Good size hotel with affordable price. We only stayed for a night and there is an included airport transfer service. On arrival to the hotel, staff are pleasant and accommodating. It has a good size room with clean amenities. The toilets are clean and the furnishing are of good quality. Good size bed and the mattress is comfortable. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel and a coffee shop. There are also nearby fast-food chain. Although it was a night stay, the experience is great. I would stay there again. 

The place is fine for a one night stay especially going to/from the airport with free airport drop offs at 6/8/10/12 am. The surrounding areas are not super pedstrian friendly, but I did manage to walk around and found a kind of local food court with live music in the evening very closeby. The room was clean, basic. Duvet was very heavy and in a non breathable quality.

Location is near many establishments, which makes it convenient. However, there is no elevator in the hotel and the room walls are quite thin so you can hear noise from outside and other rooms.

the hotel has no elevator, no one will help with suitcases, take this into account when booking. located near a noisy road and next to the runway - strong noise from the street. also the rooms have no soundproofing - you can hear everything from the corridor and from the neighbors. the rooms are clean, but old. the breakfast is the poorest of those I have encountered - no choice, the food is not tasty. The staff is cheating - try to take money for prepaid breakfast. The transfer was 10 minutes late from the appointed time.

We stayed over here for 1 night after our flight. Very helpful to have 24 hour check in and room was fine. Nothing special and quite small but fine for what we needed.

Very clean place. Door men and hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Girl at check in was hard to communicate with, but got checked in ok. Room was very small, with small window. Food was good but portions changed every order. Breakfast buffet is good if you want cold eggs and typical Philippine selection. Thank God for the toast and watermelon.

The place was nice and location is quite near to the airport, but it would be better if the tv signal is consistently working.

I had such an enjoyable stay at Vivien’s Hotel during my 2-day, 1-night layover in Cebu City. The location was perfect, just minutes from the airport, which made my travel so much easier. My room was clean, cozy, and a great place to relax after a long day. What really made the stay special was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I also loved the smooth airport pick-up and drop-off service—it took all the stress out of getting around. The only con is that there’s no lift. So, if you have trouble taking the stairs, I recommend informing the management in advance so they can book you on a lower floor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Vivien’s Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially for a comfortable and convenient layover!

The room was too noisy. There was a loud machine outside the window. It was impossible to sleep.
