This place was set out a bit confusing. The hotel staff tried to not accept my ID I am foreign and in my country we use a app for ID and she wanted a hard copy which I don’t keep anymore since we don’t use hard copies. Another worker had to step in and accepted my ID. I found some hair in the shower room aswell and you have to pay for the stuff in the fridge. I was expecting it to be more nicer since it had good reviews
Spent one night as a stop-over during a solo trip. The simple room was adequate though rather dated (for example, the shut-out curtain rail was broken; the ventilation unit so loud it was impossible to keep on during the night) and small. Bathroom ok and location relatively quiet. Didn’t spend 15 € more for the breakfast.

Extremely bad hotel , hotel staff and services. Theft of e book reader ( kindle) in my room. Hotel reception manager Diego was super unsupportive and threatened me in the spot . No support provided to help with the luggage from room to taxi stand - and was threatened that if I don’t come down - the taxi will leave. I was told that they can’t help me with luggage , and it’s my problem on how do I come down. When I requested the night before - the reception promised me to help with the bell boy services . This morning I was told that since I am leaving at 630 am in the morning - we don’t provide such services before 7 am - so Diego doesn’t know why his colleague promised for help and he won’t help at any cost. When I complaint for the theft- the hotel didn’t know the process to handle complaint , and was told if it is stolen - there is nothing hotel can do about it. They don’t have any process to handle such complaints when housekeeping steals thing . Highly recommend never to use this hotel - in fact when I asked full name of the manager - I was denied the request and was told to leave as hotel won’t give full name of manager or the reception manager . Extremely bad experience-

Hotel rooms are 'oldish', bathrooms need a refreshing job as well as room, very old style. Cleanliness is good. Terrible experience with air conditioning: very noisy and not effective. Curtains are efficient but light is entering anyway in the room from upper part of the window frame. Personnel very kind and efficient. Room 203

Loved this hotel, staff were really friendly and room was clean. We didn’t have breakfast but decided to add this 2 days, really easy to add on in the restaurant. Bus stop is right outside to get to/from the metro for travelling into Milan centre and details are on reception - super easy! A few bars/restaurants around the area, which in itself is really nice. Room was basic but comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was standard for Europe holidays, topped up regularly and variety of choice - not a bad price to add on the day. We would recommend to anyone staying in Milan
