Green View Lodges

We had the most relaxing weekend away at Green view Lodges. Clean, cosy, spacious and had everything you would need for an excellent home away from home stay. The lodge was warmed up prior to our arrival and we had some lovely homemade cake to enjoy from the owners. The owners were super friendly and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. The Hot tub/ sauna was an excellent addition to our stay and we are able to use this multiple times. We also had a lovely view of some goats, donkeys and sheep which you could pet! 10/10 experience and we will definitely be returning.

What an Amazing trip !!! We arrived a little later then planned due to traffic but check in was hassle free and easy The Hosts were great and responsive answering any queries and accommodating where possible… the lodge was lovely, homely and clean with comfy beds and a cot as requested. Homemade cake made with fresh eggs from their chickens was delicious and milk was also available in the fridge for us. The lodge was well equipped with all necessities and internet, you tube, Netflix etc on Tv was great for the kids ! The animals on the field were amazing,relaxing and entertaining at times too. The donkeys would walk up to you and we got a few nice selfies too lol The hot tub and sauna was easily booked and a few footsteps away from the lodge, booking it was easy and simple and it was then private for us to enjoy with our family. We would have liked it a bit more if there was more to do with the kids around there but either way we all loved it would definitely return to enjoy it all again.

We stayed in the two bedroom cabin for two nights and from start to finish we had a fabulous stay. The lodge was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners had left us homemade cake and some fresh local milk which was a lovely touch. The firepit was a super addition and we enjoyed using at night. The place is really well looked after and so peaceful. Will return as soon as I can. Thank you to the owners for everything x

Absolutely fantastic weekend away in these beautiful lodges. These are a little hidden gem and would reccomend to anyone. The hot tub is a bonus. And the scenery is beautiful. Not far from Carlisle either.

Myself and my sister stayed at the Hayloft again in June and July. Emily and Gary are still great hosts, the Hayloft is still incredibly well maintained and the hot tub was very relaxing after a busy day. Love this place so much we’ve already booked again for next year.

Emily and Gary are great hosts, we spend 3 nights at Green View Lodges beginning of June 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lodge was exceptionally clean and hosts are nice and helpful. We used hot tub every night which was also kept in a great condition. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
