Java Turtle Lodge Meru Betiri

Man kann hier unglaublich gut entspannen und eine Tutle Release Tour buchen. Die Zimmer müssten überarbeitet werden da es leider muffg riecht. Das Outdoorbad ist super dagegen. Die angebotene Tour ist leider viel zu teuer, das darin enthaltene Zimmer im Nationalpark für eine Nacht ist unterster Standard und nicht schön.. Andere Touren in Java kosten nur 1/4 - deshalb leider echt zu teuer.

Java Turtle Lodge is fantastic! This is the place to stay in Meru Betiri. Pak Poer and his wife are incredibly friendly and helpful. They care deeply for nature and the community. This made me feel right at home. Pak Poer knows the whole area and can help with everything — from boat trips to private beaches, excursions to Sukamade beach to spot turtles, but also a 2-day jungle trek through the heart of the park (recommended for the fanatics). I even saw a turtle on the beach at night, which was an unforgettable experience. Last-minute requests are no problem at all. The nearby beaches and national park are extraordinary beautiful. The accommodation is super neat and within walking distance of several beaches. The meals are delicious and healthy. Hope I can go here again soon! Matur suwun Java Turtle Lodge!

We stayed 3 nights at Java Turtle Lodge, which was the best part of the whole Java/Bali trip. Hadi and his wife took great care of us, the lodge is designed and run with love and passion. Hadi organized our trips to, Green Bay, the local village and of course the great tour to Sukamade beach to see the turtle. That was an unforgettable experience, we had the best guide Oni and we really enjoyed it. Hadi also took us around the area of the lodge to other places so you can easily stay even more than 3 nights which I would do next time. The lodge is very comfortable with excellent meals, so come and see yourself.

We had very good moment at Java turtel, with good welcome, helpful people. It is a very good place to make a trip for Sukamade Beach see the turtle. The rooms at Java Turtle are very nice, good place to take rest. Green Bay is very close and wonderful.

I arrived without notice at night the hosts were very happy to greet me and helped me with my bags into a room straight away. It was my birthday and everyone sung for me and we played cards until late. The food was great the room was clean and good size - very nice place with great people

We actually only wanted to stay one night, as we wanted to explore Jawa further. However, the guesthouse is so beautiful and we received such a warm welcome that we spent two more nights there. Great rooms and the bathroom is really nicely designed. Hadi is the owner of the homestay. He is an incredibly pleasant and kind person. He constantly looked after us and took us to great places (Geen Bay Beach, Jungle, Turtle Retreat). In addition, we were cooked incredibly well by the wife every day (also vegetarian). As a former fisherman, Hadi of course also knows the right people to get great fish from. He was even able to organise a very relaxing massage for us. In the end, we left with lots of new unforgettable memories. I will come back again!! All the best Hadi, to your wife and also to the staff! Best regards Leo

There's no words to describe how amazing this place actually, you can enjoy with beautiful design on every side of homestay, strategic location to populer destinations at meru betiri national Park such as green Bay beach and sukamade beach. The service from homestay really good, pak poer and his team always friendly and helpful for your needs. Really amazing experience to be able to stay here.

Love the location ,, hommy place n quite , and also the best hospitality, when we arrived there, pak pur (the owner) gave us the new cottage,, he just finished to build it. So this is what we really want before,, stay at cottage (bungalow) not room, thankyou pak pur for the best hospitality

This is one of those hidden gems you find searching for great beaches and location on google maps. Yes, it is out of the way, but Mr. Hadi will arrange for any kind of pick up or drop off, just ask them how to get there and they will provide. The garden and all the little nooks you can relax in are just perfect. The food is authentic and delicious. The staff, well i just can't praise them enough, always there, always the biggest smile, answering all the questions. And then the cherry on top, the trip to Sukamade. We were lucky to go with Oxta and Andri (probably not spelt this way 😅), i don't think i was ever better taken care of. The two of them are a great team, always fun and cute, always attentive to our needs, and best prepared comparing to the other groups that were with us there, we had camping chairs and a table, they even brought a portable fan for our room in Sukamade, where the conditions are basic, still, they did everything for us to feel as comfortable as possible. We had the best time with them, Oxta is just a pleasure to be around, the most beautiful smile she flashes constantly. Beautiful people i feel honored to have met. So to the turtles, we got really lucky and saw a turtle laying her eggs, got to release babys 🐢 and bury some freshly found eggs, amazing. Best experience i had, maybe ever. Thank you sooo much for giving us these unforgettable moments.
