Ulasan JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay

We stayed 2 nights, the hotel bedroom and facilities are amazing. We tried the Korean restaurant, buffet restaurant outdoor and the lobby bar. All restaurants had great service and staff can speak a little English. We talked a bit with Djasur at breakfast and dinner and he was very showing genuine care for service! I had little issue with front desk who cannot speak English so it was hard, but they offered us nice follow up and compensation to show their care. The spa was great, reasonable price and the service very nice ! The hotel has no beach access but very close to beach by walk and to Sanya city. I will definitely be back !

During my stay at the hotel, Mr. Kazakov provided outstanding service. His warm welcome made me feel right at home. He was extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend this hotel mainly because of his exceptional service!  I can't say enough good things about Kazakov at SANYA JW MARRIOTT DADONGHAI BEY. His professionalism and friendliness were top - notch. He helped me with booking transportation and gave great local restaurant recommendations. Five - star service all the way!  Kazakov, the hotel staff, made my stay unforgettable. From check - in to check - out, he was attentive and efficient. He resolved a small issue with my room quickly and with a smile. Five stars for his outstanding hospitality!

This hotel was amazing. When I arrived the conceirge came to collect our suitcase, and I thaught that this gesture was excellent. Checking in was quick and smoothly done. How could forget to highlight hotel manager called "Sweet" she was fabulous and professional, she made me wanting to extend my stay at this hotel immediately. Sweet is very sweet indeed, she is just like her name. People, when you book this hotel, just let Manager Sweet take care of you. You not regret it. Beach is nearby as well but not from the property, walking distance away. Omg there is more, the lobby area is gorgeously arranged, there is an amazing play area for kids, the room I stayed in had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The only issue I had was the pool water which what frigid. The hotel should consider heating a section of the pool. Overall, 5 stars rating for this hotel and Manager Sweet, thank you very much. Well done.

I really like the location and service: Top floor ocean view is amazing (see the photo); the kid playground is excellent and is perfect for my 2-year-old kid. The breakfast there is good especially the seafood rice noodles. The small beach and pool are great for kids. I think it is the best hotel that I have ever lived.

The JW Marriott Hotel Sanya is truly an exceptional place to stay. The hotel's location is superb, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options are diverse and delicious. I had an absolutely incredible stay at JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay! The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by its elegant environment. The rooms are not only spacious and comfortable but also come with a private pool offering a breathtaking view, which is a dream for taking photos. The scenery from the room is amazing, and it's always kept spotlessly clean. The hotel provides convenient transportation with cars available for pick - up and drop - off whenever I needed to go in or out. Special thanks go to Kazakov, the guest relations officer. His enthusiasm and thoughtfulness truly made my stay unforgettable. He was always there to assist, answering all my questions promptly and providing excellent service. Overall, it was a thoroughly satisfying trip. I can't wait to come back again!

I am very satisfied with the hotel service and environment. Especially, I am especially grateful for the careful consideration of KAZAKOV who took care of my family exclusively. I would like to visit again next time.

The hotel is good except the room’s Wifi is slow. If this area can be improved will be better.

Love the stay! Bad point was it is located at a very corner part of the bay. Much further walk to the meal and fun area compared to the other hotels. Also, had requested for a room not next to the staircase, but mine was right next to it. Other than these, excellent stay.
