Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport North

The hotel location was convenient BUT the service was not great. I am loyalty member and was not greeted or recognized for the level of loyalty, even when I asked about adding the points. The service on the desk was minimalistic and not very customer focused at all.

Parking fee of USD$24.84 (state tax inclusive) per night. Got charged another random USD$5.50 post-stay to my credit card used for charging deposit.

Terrible service by management who are rude and extremely disrespectful. Simple manners are not observed here. Being to to GET OUT by the house keeping manager because the cleaner needed to clean the room is highly jarring and shocking to see. The front desk staff and management are also just as rude and unhelpful. They make faces and are difficult over the smallest of things. Save your money and go elsewhere where.

Not far from the airport, very quiet, good environment, there is a small open-air courtyard in the lobby on the first floor where you can sit. The room is quite large, with a microwave and refrigerator, and there is coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The area is quiet, but the advantage is that it is quiet to sleep and parking is free

The attitude of the staff is disgusting. The room was not cleaned even once in 3 days, the towels were not changed, the trash was not thrown out. The worst hotel. I do not recommend it. Everything is old, dirty. Just awful.

The last night I stayed before leaving. It's only 10 minutes away from San Francisco Airport. After returning the car to the rental company in the morning, I can take the Blue Line train to the airport. It's very convenient

The room facilities are old and the location is too far. But the room price is still very affordable
