Ulasan MONday Apart Premium UENO

The front desk staff of various nationalities lacked knowledge about hospitals. They didn’t ask why we needed to go to the hospital, nor did they suggest checking whether we had health insurance in Japan. They gave us the wrong hospital recommendation, which wasted our time as we had to communicate and handle everything by ourselves. My son was vomiting, and when we requested new bedsheets and pillows, they refused, stating that the booking was only for two people—even though there were two adults and two young children (1 and 3 years old). The staff didn’t ask why we needed the items and only focused on whether there would be extra charges. There was no support at all. It was a very poor experience. The Japanese staff made no effort to help. This was our first and definitely our last time staying here.

Nice accommodation on right location to exlpore Tokyo. Near halal restaurant 7 eleven Family Mart and night Market. Also near Ueno Station

Very beautiful hotel and very kind staff. Everything is near the hotel which had a good location. Highly recommend it

Overall is good! I went here by driving a car but it seemed so hard for them to confirm my parking slot. Luckily i still could park! Room was a bit smaller than I thought. With the price I paid, I really think I can find a better bigger one in more central area of Tokyo

This apartment location is slightly off grid the central of the train station which takes around 7 to 8 minutes walk to Ueno station but the good thing is the size of the apartment is great, facilites inside the apartment unit is great. Highly recommend for the people who doesn't care about the distance to to train station. For smoker, this apartment doesn't have any smoking launch available and we require to walk on the street or alley for smoking.

First time trying MONday Hotel - staff was super friendly & even helped with photos & local direction & eatery etc.

Perfect place for family travelers..i love the place and the staff is kind.

We quite like the hotel, it's clean and spacious enough for us, a family of 4. It's about 10 mins walk to ueno station and Ameyoko shopping street. It's also close to seven eleven.

It got everything you need. Location is ok. 6min to 15 min walk to 2 nearest train station.

The room was clean but very small. Location was a bit out of the shopping area. About 20mins walk. Train station are near but we didn’t take cos we got strollers. The staff were not willing to answer our questions.

Great hotel except the front desk in the the evening are kind of weird. Another strange thing is they ask you a lot of your personal info like which hotel you gonna book for the next and why you book Monday hotel

Just a bit far from Ueno Station with young kids. But it is quiet and with 2 convenience stores downstair. Overall love the place.

Location So So, Too far to stations.

The room is comfort as I expect!
