식기를 사용할 수 있어서 요리를 해먹을 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 여행 전 셔틀을 요청했었는데, 무료는 아니지만 셔틀을 이용할 수 있는점이 좋았고, 룸이 매우 넓다는 점이 가장 좋았습니다.

The apar**ent is clean and well locate. The host George is easy to communicate and provided helpful information to go around. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay in Fira! Close to everything and free parking is a plus. The owners are so pleasant and kind. Very quick to respond via WhatsApp. I will stay here when I come back Definitely check out Vales and Yogi

The apar**ent is very clean and spacious! Location is excellent! Very close to the Fira Bus Station. George is very helpful and very prompt to answer any question of ours.

Beautiful and clean property with great hospitality. Great apar**ent with everything you need and some nice touches such as wine and bread. Walkable to Fira and near the bus station to get to other towns in Santorini. Main road in Fira is very very noisy and busy so it’s nice that it’s located a bit off to the side.

I would avoid this apar**ent at all cost. Unlike the reviews, my experience was utter chaos, teaching me not to rely solely on a small number of reviews when considering booking a newly listed accommodation. I feel compelled to share my accurate experience to prevent others from having a dreadful experience. The reservation team showed complete irresponsibility, providing unreasonable excuses and failing to provide solutions for numerous problems: 1) Terrible or no internet speed (0.93 Mbps, far below the expected standard of 100) 2) No response to messages before the arrival 3) Disruptive construction drilling noise that woke me up early in the morning and was ongoing for hours 4) Poor soundproofing that prevented me from sleeping at night 5) A squeaky bed and stains on the pillowcase 6) Shower head that did not work properly; the entire bathroom floor was wet because there was no shower curtain, so your feet got soaking wet every time you entered; no bathroom door handle and the hot water stopped unexpectedly 7) All the food I purchased was frozen the next day in the fridge, and the management team blamed the previous guests, when it should have been checked or communicated to the next guest prior to the check-in This was undeniably one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. It not only failed to meet basic accommodation standards but also demonstrated a profound level of irresponsibility and disregard for service quality.
