"Bentuk hotelnya unik banget, awalnya saya dikasih kamar terbaik, ada dua lantai dan lantai paling atas ada kolam renang (suhu air rata-rata) Namun ketika saya kembali dari perjalanan keesokan harinya, saya menemukan atap kamar tidur bocor dan menetes ke sprei yang saya bawa. Agak mengganggu. Saya menelepon layanan pelanggan di meja depan dan menyuruh mereka memanggil seseorang untuk memperbaikinya. Setelah menunggu lama, tidak ada yang datang. Akhirnya saya pindah ke kamar di bawah, yang agak... pengap. Sarapannya oke dan banyak variasinya."

Lokasinya sekitar 15 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun bus Fira, jadi jalannya menanjak dan tidak banyak orang di sekitar pada malam hari. "This is, without a doubt, the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. First off, the volcano view room was absolutely not worth it. It was incredibly difficult to see the volcano, and the window faced a main road. Motorbikes constantly whizzed by, keeping me awake until the early hours. After discussing it with the hotel, they moved me to a cheaper room, which I hoped would be quieter. However, the soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear people talking and laughing outside. Then there's the hygiene. There were flies everywhere, the windows had mysterious liquid stains, the menu was sticky, and there were two dead flies on the bathroom window. I seriously wonder if a five-star hotel can't even manage basic cleanliness. The service attitude was good, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers. The Trip.com customer service was excellent and helped a lot with communication, but the fact that I didn't get good sleep for two nights and the hotel was dirty is undeniable."

"We used the airport transfer service, which cost €40 for a round trip. For first-time visitors to Santorini, I highly recommend using a transfer service as navigating the local buses can be quite challenging. As rumored, there are stairs everywhere, making it difficult to carry your own luggage. However, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and readily assisted us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean and tidy. Like most places, it was very humid, and if you don't air it out, it can feel stuffy and muggy. There are no tissues among the amenities, so it's a good idea to bring your own. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and it was fun to pick something new every day. The staff were always smiling and friendly, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful trip!"

The indoor swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay — it was beautiful and relaxing. The only small thing to note is that the hotel is located on a hill, so walking up can be a little tiring, especially with luggage. This is very common in Santorini. However, the overall experience was still excellent. I also want to especially thank the hotel staff. After we checked out, I accidentally left my Apple Pencil in the room. The hotel contacted me very quickly and kindly helped keep it safe for me. Their service was very thoughtful and reliable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"I stayed at this property in September 2025. I've read reviews that were nothing short of 10 out of 10, but that's not quite true! It's true that the property is in a strategic location, as it's very central, very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. As for the rest, I tried to have breakfast on the first day (I was only staying overnight), but when I went downstairs, there was nothing to eat!!! (I went downstairs at 9:00). The manager told me that breakfast was free, and that if I liked it, the cost for the following days would be 7 euros. To my disappointment, they asked me for the 7 euros for that breakfast that wasn't there!!!! The property needs maintenance! The air conditioning was dated with a broken external pipe, water on the balcony. I reported this, but no one did anything, even though the manager assured me he would fix it, and it also seemed like there were birds inside. The towels were extremely hard, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the table on the balcony was never cleaned. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable. The door was closed, leaving a gap where you could see the light from the landing. The bathroom was tiny. But what really bothered me was the linen policy. I paid a penalty of €4.50 for a towel stained with hair dye. But I proved it was a mess that could be removed... I washed it!!! This prevented me from washing my hair afterwards. Last but not least, the power outlets were truly awful! A power strip where the refrigerator plug is. The room was small for two people. Everything was very makeshift and no attention was paid!!! No, I wouldn't recommend it. There's a lot to do!!!"

Pihak hotel dapat mengatur tukang pijat untuk memberikan layanan di kamar hotel bagi pelanggan. Kekurangannya hanya pengering rambut yang lemah. Kedua, gua ini relatif lembab. Karena pihak hotel tidak menganjurkan tamu untuk menyalakan AC, kelembaban di dalam kamar tidak bisa berventilasi dalam waktu lama, terutama setelah mandi. Lokasinya dekat dengan terminal bus dan pasar Fira (jarak 7-10 menit berjalan kaki), sehingga nyaman untuk naik bus ke berbagai tempat dan berbelanja. Hotel dapat mengatur layanan pijat pribadi di kamar, dan tukang pijat akan membawakannya memiliki tempat tidur pijat dan menunjukkan profesionalisme. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah kekuatan pengering rambut yang relatif lemah. Selain itu, kamar gua cenderung lembab karena hotel tidak menyarankan tamu untuk menggunakan AC, kelembapan di dalam ruangan tidak dapat berventilasi cepat , terutama setelah mandi."
