We had a really super time staying here.The staff were all incredibly wonderful so very helpful nothing was too much trouble for then to name a few effe,Caterina Marina and Alex also our lovely chamber maid whose name I don't know??! The food wasok if you didn't like what was on offer they would make something else for you.A perfect setting slightly whacky but also an amazing pool and extremely comfortable beds.Go and enjoy.Thank you all for a fabulous stay at Sea sounds.

A very enjoyable week in a lovely location. Excellent room, gardens and pool. Looked after us very well, with a significant birthday for my wife. The staff were outstanding, especially Katerina, Sammy, Marina, Stavroula all of who were very tolerant of my poor attempts at the Greek language. Hire a car if you want to visit the rest of the island.

Fantastic relaxing week at sea sound white katikies. We had a room with our own plunge pool which was very clean with white walls and ceiling and a very comfy bed. We couldn’t have asked for a more chilled, relaxing week. Every single member of staff were brilliant and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The local supermarket (which was too far to walk) arranged for free transport to pick us up and return us back to the hotel as long as we spent €20. This was arranged through reception. The food every day was really good and varied. We will definitely be going back.

Just returned from Sea Sound having had the most wonderful 7 days in this small, boutique like, perfectly run hotel. My very first impression on arrival was that it was too remote, but that was superseded very quickly once we experienced the warmth and kindness of the staff and the comfortable nature of the hotel environment. By the end of the stay we felt so happy and relaxed. The food was home cooked, the customer services were excellent (Efi, Marina, Alex- to name just 3- thank you for making our holiday so special). Efi, thank you especially for all the advise on trips around the island- they were all brilliant. The room was very clean and comfortable, with sea views. It felt as if we were part of a large, happy family. I recommend the hotel as a unique holiday experience. We loved our stay.

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Sea Sound White Katikies with a group of friends, two of whom were celebrating their 60th birthday. What a great experience! We're all very well travelled and this hotel, admittedly, was different to our usual 4/5 star resorts. But what a wonderful difference. The staff were exceptional especially Efi, Katrina, Alex and Marina who make up an amazing team. They really went out of their way to meet our needs which was very much appreciated. All the food is freshly prepared and tasty. As we were half board sometimes choice was limited but, again, they were accommodating in trying to give us something we wanted. As others have mentioned it is a bit out of the way but that suited us as we needed time to relax from our hectic lives. The sea is one side and the mountains the other side of the complex. However, Efi was there to give advice on the area and arrange taxis if necessary. We did a boat cruise and city bus tour which gave us most of what we needed to see of the beautiful island. They went out of their way to arrange a birthday surprise at dinner for my two friends. What a lovely evening. We enjoyed the holiday so much that we extended our stay by an extra two days, which was well worth the additional costs. Sitting on the balcony looking and listening to the sea early morning was so calming. The cleaning staff were out from early morning doing the grounds, pools etc. It wasn't too busy when we arrived and the season was really starting as we were leaving. If your don't mind being away from the hustle and bustle this is the perfect tranquil location. We would definitely return again. Once again thank you to the team at Sea Sound White Katikies.

We booked this hotel through Travelodeal but sadly on arrival we were told our room was not available for two nights. Another couple who arrived at the same time as us were told the same thing. So late at night we were all driven to a “sister hotel” to spend two nights. Unfortunately this hotel was below the standard we had paid for. We were given transport to and from Sea Sound so we could use the pool and dining area during the day. Not ideal I’m sure you’ll agree. We had booked and paid for an upgraded suite with our own pool so were very disappointed, not how you want to feel on holiday. After two nights we were moved to Sea Sound and only then did our holiday really begin and we could finally unpack. We were given compensation by the hotel, that we had to negotiate hard for, but it didn’t take away the feeling that we had been lost the first two nights. On a positive ending, the food was very good for both of us and the staff in the dining area couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel is very quiet and away from everything, you definitely need to hire a car if you want to see the island. One of the highlights for us was the wonderful sunrises every morning. Our room was comfortable and what we’d hoped for, such a shame the holiday started off so badly. In all our years of travelling around the globe we’ve never experienced arriving at a hotel to find our room double booked. The hotel has only got twenty five rooms so it seems unbelievable that this had happened. It left us wondering if there was some sort of scam going on. It seems we weren’t the only people affected by double booking. We were told five couples had had a similar experience. We don’t know if the fault was with the hotel or Travelodeal. Sadly we won’t be travelling with Travelodeal or staying at this particular hotel again. We hope you find this review helpful.

Totally relaxing a complete antidote to the all inclusive experience The team at the hotel just couldn’t do enough for us and all the guests. The whole feel of the place was focused on relaxation and service the food was excellent fresh and local Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

had a fabulous stay at this amazing hotel. As other reviews have stated it is in a fairly quiet location, if you want to walk out of the hotel onto a ***** of bars then this hotel is not for you. If you want a hotel with 5 star service, lovely home cooked food, and a peaceful relaxing holiday then this is for you. You can walk 15 minutes to the harbour where there are a few bars or a 15 minute walk along the beach takes you to some lovely bars and restaurants -we walked here a few nights - just take a torch. We took a bus to Fira one day 10 euros return for 2 of us, hired a car for a day to see more of the island and took the bus to Perissa and had a leisurely stroll back with a couple of pit stops which took about 90 mins. The rooms are are lovely and cleaned daily as is the pool. All the staff are terrific but special mention to Katrina, Marina and Ian, they all go above and beyond to make your stay special. Katrina chatted to everyone to make sure everything was ok and even dropped us off one night at the bars to save us walking on the beach and just wanted to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Marina went out of her way to change the menu to suit individual needs, my husband had a different starter every night as he is not a salad lover, just so accommodating. We both had our birthdays whilst here and Katrina made it extra special - thank you so much. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return next year.

This week away was just what the doctor ordered. Total relaxation in this idyllic beach side location. Set off the beaten track, but just as we expected, having read previous reviews. Our air conditioned suite was immaculate, set on the 1st floor, with the balcony just metres from the beach and sea; the sound of the waves to wake up to in the morning. The outdoor breakfasts and lunches or evening meals were excellent with a set meal of the day or alternative options if not suitable. The staff were totally dedicated to providing a memorable experience with Katarina at the fore who lead her team with a truly amazing passion. We can't thank her enough for her care throughout our stay. For those who wish to see more of the Island be aware that this boutique resort is a little way away from the nearest small resorts; walkable for the more adventurous but a hire car is probably advisable. You are able to book a good variety of coach and boat trips at reception. (Pick up point a 5 min walk from reception). With just 27 suites and apartments there is no fear of ever getting overcrowded with a great selection of relaxation facilities all around the grounds, pool and beach. Would have no hesitation in recommending Sea Sound White Katikies to anyone looking for total relaxation.
