Ulasan Coucou Bar Hotel and Restaurant

The place is white basic , the water in the shower is not that strong but pretty decent,love the clean feel and scent of sheets but not the towels.Conveniently located at the heart of Sta Fe walking distance to pretty much everything. The stairs to second floor has a very steep steps not kid nor senior friendly, quite dangerous tobe honest, so difficult to get assistance as u need to go down all the time,no intercom etc and the weirdest thing is although their restaurant is always packed, the servers need proper briefing and training,wen u talk to them their head is flying elsewhere, their to the next thing even ur not done speaking, i needed to finally ask one to stay and listen instead of keeping moving away while im still politely talking to them as it is quite tiring to catching ur breathe talking to someone who’s making movements away from u while ur still ordering etc,borderline of being rude,fyi it didnt happen to one but to at least 3 or 4 servers we talk, its like theyre trained to move fast without thinking they need to listen and stand still even for few secs while ur still talking to them. Btw they served the best Avocado shake ive tasted to date.

Good location but need to fix their ac. The owner is nice and very acomodating.

We stayed here at CouCou Restaurant/Bar and Hotel for 1 week. They have a very nice restaurant that is facing the road or the Main Street in Sta. Fe downtown. It is a walking distance to the Sugar beach. The restaurant is very nice to hang out and eat. Their food is ok but nothing special. We like the Long Island iced tea. The staff in the restaurant are not the friendliest. They are not attentive and doesn’t pay attention if the customers need anything. They are just in a corner talking to each other. The room is very basic. One downside is that, there are many mosquitoes near the door of the room that you have to close your door quickly to keep the mosquitoes from coming in. Overall not my favorite hotel.

We tried this because it was reviewed as one of the best must try resto in Sta.Fe Bantayan Island. The place was good and cozy. You can definitely chill and relax while enjoying your food here. We ordered their famous pizza, carbona and calamarie. Their carbonara serving was very creammmmy,yummy and generous in serving! (Good For Sharing!). We also ordered their vanilla and coffee share. And for desert we ordered banana split. We celebrate my hubby’s birthday here. And it is really worth it! We love their food and service. You can try it for yourself guys! ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is Located at the city center. Near many restaurants . It is also near the beach. it has aircon and electric fan inside and a small terrace outside. However, there are mosquitoes . The food is not that bad, not so tasty a bit pricey. Staff were not so accomodating, if you won't ask questions.
