bathtub and toilet were clogged , ask to get it unclogged and they never sent anyone , when they did the problem persisted . They offered us to switch to a different room but we were already checking out soon but it was nice of them to offer that.

When I got to the hotel it was nothing like what I expected the doors were broken beds and bathrooms horrible condition I had to book a stay at the hotel next door I have been dealing for a whole week for a refund and haven’t gotten any resolution! So disappointed and ******* hasn’t help with the matter neither one person says I’m getting a refund the other says no ! What a nigh**are! I am being robbed from my hard earn money !

The hotel was nothing like I expected it to be it was a little outdated and the area looked a little dirty. the room was cold and the unit in the room only blowed out cold air. When speaking with the receptionist she told me she didn’t know why to turn the temp up which we had already did and it was still blowing cold air. No resolution there…the sheets had stains in them and the tub was overfilling with water. The phone was not working to call downstairs so we had to take elevator in order to speak to someone. My fiancé immediately wanted to leave the hotel but we made the best of it due to most of the hotels being sold out. Other then that there are plenty restaurants within walking distance of the hotel
