Added service animal on reservation and check in and housekeeping noted their was animal and then I was charged for a “pet” feee….what was the point of me telling anyone or adding the service animal to reservation….such a hard job to listen and read? Very disturbing

Overall was good.....
the best thing on this hotel is the service..... very helpful on the reception , quick check up,, very friendy on what ever you need
In guest service i give them a ten
In general the hotel has a lot of cleaness and beautyful landscaping.

The things they have to improve
their furniture is very old.....
and uncomfortable beds......
rooms very noisy you heard pipes and running water on bathrooms and kitchen all night,
steps of guests out side and above your room, air conditioners and refrigerators sound like truck motors, the elevators are the slowest in california.
The complementary breakfast is 5 of 10, no variarity, horrible and dry food....
If you visit the hotel demand a top floor room or you are not going to be able to sleep
because all the noises you are going to hear at night
Read all other review of the hotel because all of them are true.

It was warm in the room despite my best efforts. It stayed about 73 even though I wanted it at 69-70. And the airport shuttle I had reserved didn’t arrive so I had to call an Uber. But otherwise the property is very nice and the location is great. Nice walkable path along the water right behind it, it was a 15-20 minute walk up to the Liberty Public Market. I’d stay here again

Service was good and staff was friendly. The rooms are just very outdated and beat on. Furniture not in good shape. The Laminate is peeling off and the bottoms are beat up from sweepers banging into them. One outlet built into the lamp was hanging out. I was too scare to use it. Many of the outlets were wobbly and would not hold a charge. The toilets were very low to the ground, the curtain was just a sheer and we were on the first floor. Anyone could look right into our room. The queen sleeper sofa mattress was so bad, that my daughter chose to sleep on the couch extension instead, after we covered it with a sheet, due to stains. You could literally feel every spring in the mattress and it was about 2” thick. The king bed was obviously an old spring mattress as well, so pretty bad. Mattress was very thin. We felt safe in this neighborhood and we were close to everything we had planned to do. No trouble with parking except for being charged for it. This hotel just needs a lot of updating. I just expected it to be much nicer considering what we had to pay for 2 nights and the location. If we come back to this area, I would try to find a hotel that is in better shape. Again, the location and staff were nice, but the rooms desperately need to be updated. For the location and what we paid, the quality should have been ten times better.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath set up was comfortable and just hope we needed. The location was very good for many reasons. We think it is time to commence renovations, however and upgrade/update, furniture, carpet, and Brighton, the rooms.

Very “open to the public” but still felt very safe. Very convenient for shopping, dining and airport. Would recommend to families & friends.
The breakfast was over the top and and delicious with a lot of options. Will stay again!
