This hotel wasn’t w very comfortable place to stay. Parking was very tight for a one ton truck. Nothing looked super clean. Front door on room wasn’t easy to open. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Last day of our stay at some point in the evening the water was off. We called the front desk and they said it would be back in 15 minutes. The water didn’t come back until maybe in the morning. We were unable to shower or use the restroom until the next morning. I would never go back to this hotel.

Right at check in, around 3pm, the water in the room wouldn't get warmer than room temperature. At 8pm when I wanted to shower. The water didn't work at all. The front desk said they were working on the plumbing and the water would be off for a while.
Other issues are: there are gaps around the front door. The paint around the door is cracked and peeling. There is water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and the texture/paint/sheetrock is falling off.

It was so clean. Everythung actually worked. The bed was comdortable. The guy up frint was nice. Nibody came knocking asking if we was about to leave. We did leave on time. But we got there late traveling and really appreciated the privacy. Most places has cleaning ladies trying to rush you to leave knocking on the door asking uf your staying an extra day but this place allows you to just rest and relax. 5 star servuce

the things i didn’t like about my stay at this hotel was, my air conditioner was making a loud funny noise when i put the temperature. overall it was a nice stay i like the fact that it looked like the pictures.

Nice room. Clean and comfortable. TV did not work at all...and front desk couldn't figure it out. Room was fine for the price, breakfast was not good at all though. Location of this room for us made it worth it. It was the closest hotel to the AT& T Ctr.
