Very good service

The design of the bathroom was awkward, resulting in the floor outside of the shower cubicle to "flood" every time. Shower gel was empty for 2 days and it took a call for them to replenish it, while towels were not refreshed. Lastly the much vaulted rooftop restaurant does not have a view, and service was appalling, preferring to provide service non Asian customers and neglect my table. And the server will retort you when you brought it up. Only saving grace was location

Great service from reception staff.

The hotel is in a quiet location, a short 10 to 15min walk to the main attractions. We got a room upgrade and the bathroom is big, room is clean and comfortable.

About 8mins from central station, friendly staff, spacious room. Must go to the rooftop restaurant, excellent food and service.

非常的好，極致的漂亮，早餐太貴

從薩爾斯堡火車站到酒店就步行十分鐘的距離，check in還遇到了華裔小姐姐態度很nice。離市區老城和要塞都是步行的距離。酒店地下一層的餐廳也不錯。推薦！

我們一家三口住得挺安逸，天空餐廳很贊。房間小小的，兩個單人床，一個沙發床挺舒服，免費的礦泉水很好喝。停車就在附近，也很方便快捷。 附近的公交很方便，我們去了米拉爾宮，要塞，教堂等等，公交步行皆可。老城區很繁華，聖誕集市也很温暖。 有一件事尤其要説，讓我太感動太感謝。我們退房時，居然忘了一個包在房裡，裏面還有一個孩子的ipad，在開往維也納的高速上，才突然想起來，還想不起放在哪裡了。我趕緊電話回前台，他們很穩妥地幫我到兩個入口查看，沒有發現，再去房間查找，所幸我們落在房間裏，他們熱情地幫我保管，我們再折返去取。這裏太好了，我喜歡薩爾茨堡，喜歡pitter酒店。 設施：良好 服務：優質温暖

這家酒店需要收取按金50歐，刷卡時一定要注意看好金額，我沒有看金額的習慣，刷完到房間了收到短訊才知道刷了我1090歐，後來找前台退回來了，不知是無意還是有意的！

服務：check in服務人員態度非常友好。 環境：環境OK，中規中矩。 衞生：衞生非常乾淨，簡潔。 設施：設施雖然老點點，但非常正常使用。

現代風格的房間設計很舒適，前台服務不錯，自駕的話停車有點難不過酒店可以代客泊車，6樓屋頂餐廳的早餐品種不是很多，景色一般，不要有太高期待就行。總體感覺還是不錯的酒店，離主要景點都是步行距離。
