we had booked an executive room with breakfast included. however, during our stay on 01.10.2024, breakfast was not provided to us by the hotel until we checked out at 8:10 am, despite it being part of the package. as we were unable to avail the breakfast service, i kindly request you to take appropriate action and process a refund for the amount charged for breakfast, which was included in the booking. thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. i look forward to your resolution.
