Don't fix anything. Don't have a luggage cart for a 4 story hotel. Have gates that lock even the guest out and u have to go all the way around front of building to get in. I don't see how it's legal to charge $150 deposit cuz if something gets broke and they keep your deposit that don't use the money to replace it!

Ok hotel but have a ridiculous deposit! $150 I don't see why hotels are allowed to charge a deposit when they don't even fix or replace the things that get broken! They just pocket the money.

I did not even stay at this hotel. I checked in and got To my dirty not safe half the crap didn’t even work room. Tv was out the lights didn’t work the deadbolt on my door didn’t work. I checked right back out 30 minutes later. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Place like to go in your room without consent and steal your stuff. Lots of tweeters and hoarders on the property. The hotel is either running a scam with their friends on the property to steal people’s stuff. Be careful

The carpet was stained and the linens had holes in them like smoking ash burns. This is a non-smoking suite that we got.

Room was dirty. There was cobwebs, bathroom had black mold, carpet had black greasy spots, sheets had stains on them, security latch on inside was broken off

They don’t have any microwaves in the room they don’t have any phones in their room and a lot of the drawers on the dresser and nightstands are broken.

Locked gates - inconvenient to enter. Broken hairdryer, lamp missing bulb and switch to turn on. Not all outlets worked. Locked out of breakfast during open hours.

Bathroom sink had only a trickle coming from the hot water faucet. Had to use the hot water from the bathtub. The caulking around the tub was poor. Non slip pads in bottom of tun dingy colored (not clean?)
Coffee maker didn’t.
Room door looked like it had been broken into multiple times. Had multiple metal plates protecting striker area.
