Hotel was kinda old, still clean location was great. But so many homeless people around the area.

Because of Argentina strike, I have to make a reservation one night again in this hotel. So I didn't eat the breakfast. The room is so small and. And the noise is so big.

I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel due to an excessively slow check-in process. It took the receptionist 40 minutes to check in a single group ahead of me and another 20 minutes for my own check-in, making me late for an important meeting. The receptionist seemed out of it and claimed that this was typical in Argentina, but having traveled around the country, I never encountered such inefficiency before. The room itself was just average and didn’t make up for the poor service. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Reception was so slow to check us in - I waited 45 minutes

The room and bed were very nice. There was no top sheet. The blanket was a bit heavy for the summer and it bearly overed the matress. The breakfast had the basics tha I like, whole whweat bread, ham, cheese, yougar and orange juice when I ate in the first half hour. The put out ceral and bowls as I was leaving. They may have put out sweet rolls and other pasteries after I left.

Nice location. Very near to metro station. But the sanitation is a little bit unsatisfying

這裏顯示我是在這裏住一天，但是店員其實有很多出錯的地方。首先我在前一天入住的時候已告訴他我住兩天，但是他好像沒有發現只收了我一天City tax，所以我在早上叫了網約車Uber準備晨早出發到碼頭到烏拉圭一天遊的時候，告訴店員我是住兩天你為什麼昨天只收我一天City tax呢？店員才知道我這一天也繼續住，然後在我準備離開的時候，竟然說我的房間不能連續住兩天，已預留給其他客人。還要求我立即把房間的行李修好放在前台我感到非常之無奈，而且也叫了車，結果浪費了網約車的費用，因為我要重新上房間收拾行李，結果花了15分鐘才把行李收拾好放在前台裏。然後我又要匆匆忙忙重新叫網約車到碼頭準備坐船到烏拉圭一天遊。最無奈的是，這個店員說我是不是臨時Extend多一天住宿？但明明是我訂了四天，然後取消了最後兩天因為他之前的服務實在太差，我真的不明白為什麼說我訂了一天又extend一天。所以叫我要換房。 另外在我退房的時候更加錯漏百出，我告訴當時當值的另一店員，我已經cancel了最後兩天的住宿，他竟然說只cancel了最後一天，而已cancel的第一天酒店仍然有訂了房入住的紀錄，幸好我有把cancel房間的紀錄存在手機裏，我在訂房的平台找到資料及在我的手機裏找到cancel的資料，他才慢慢的在他自己的電腦裏找到我cancel的資料。連續幾次的住宿，令我覺得這裏的店員在所有服務的跟進都很差，非常失望。

Perfecta ubicación, puedes ir caminando a todo el centro de buenos aires, gran conectividad, muchos lugares para comer muy cerca. cumple con la limpieza necesaria. un hotel funcional.

地理位置好，房間小床小，快捷酒店沒理由要求房間。總體還算乾淨，有些小細節需要改進，比如連住三天，浴液見底也不及時填充，浴巾掛在洗臉池架子上，感覺像沒有更換。

Muy buena atención en recepción. Desayuno razonablemente bueno y limpias las habitaciones

地理位置好，週日散步到方尖碑很舒適。熱水充足，WiFi快速，早餐還行，無燒水壺，1樓早餐廳可以接水。
