Wonderful experience at this hotel. Their staff very attentive and courteous. They ensure all guest to have a pleasant stay. A special thanks to the front desk 帅哥 managed to take immediate action to change our room to the middle due to air con noise issue. Thanks for the breakfast ☺️. The hotel is very close to Qianmen subway(metro line 2 and line 8 )which is convenient to various attractions, about 5 mins walking distance to the subway station. Although the room is not big, it is clean, fully functional with smart home. Self service laundry available including detergents. They also provided free fruits, mineral water, tea and snacks at the front counter. Before leaving, they also gave us some snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for outstanding customer service, great location and comfortable bed.

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice and the receptionists were extremely helpful with any request we made. The location is perfect to visit Beijing.

Was looking for a hotel to stay at in Beijing and chanced upon this hotel. Was attracted by the positive reviews and I must say my stay was better than expected! The staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival and the check-in process was quick. We were even served their local plum drink while waiting for them to settle our check-in. The room is true to pictures, very clean and bright. Another thing I must praise them for is their thoughtfulness! They always make sure we have enough water with us when we go out, something which you don’t find in other hotels. Upon checking out, we were given a goodie bag with their local snacks to bring home with us. Thank you to the management for making our stay a memorable one and we will definitely choose this hotel when we come to Beijing again.

Thw location is right in the middle of qianmen pedesreian road. There is no direct access by car, we had to walk but the staffs greeted us at the car door and brought our luggages to the hotel. Very helpful staffs, even we had to use mobile translator. Room is great and clean.

The hotel is beutique with full basic facilities. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially the front desk suppervisor who is very enthursiam. Although the hotel location is a bit inconvenient for taxi but it’s still great for traveling by metro and coach. The hotel and rooms is quite small but can understand because it is prime location ( in the milde of Quimen Roard) I will recomend stay in this hotel next time

The location of this hotel was great - on a very good looking pedestrian friendly road and also close to the metro. Mostly though, the service was excellent. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, without being overbearing. They were simply great!

Nice hotel, the only problem is that nobody’s speaks English and all the technology in the room (which is super nice) is in Chinese. We loved they have a robot to bring things in the room, but we couldn’t really sort out how to use it. For the hotel to be perfect, maybe just add the option of English to the room amenities like the tablet, so we can sort out all the amenities and services better. Otherwise, beautiful hotel, amazing location, clean and comfortable! :)

Tremendously good service, zero complaints, only have good things to say about the place. Even when we were leaving, the service desk personnel, Mr.Liu Guan Jun, was very sincere and offered his help to carry our baggage to our pick up point. Besides the service, my family and I very much enjoyed the accompaniment of their AI home system set up in each hotel room, XIaoDu. We found it very convenient to use and very user friendly (provided you can speak minimal Chinese). The place is also located at the heart of one of the most lively streets, Qianmen, which is in my opinion the best walking street in Beijing. It positioned in a very strategic location, about 300 meters from the Subway line 8 station and about 300 meters away from the taxi pick up point. We had a splendid time there and very much enjoyed our stay. 100% recommended.

Located at Qianmen Street which has food around but not much variety in food options since it’s a tourist spot. DiDi unable to drop at the hotel since it’s a car free zone so that was quite inconvenient. Our VPN/esim doesn’t work well at all in the hotel room but is okay outside of the hotel room. The WiFi provided by the hotel is an open network shared with all the hotel stayers and is weak at times. Wouldn’t recommend staying if you want to access apps like Instagram and WhatsApp etc. Felt a quite uncomfortable when the manager tried to upsell us the bigger room.
