Amazing location! 5 minutes to vaticano. 24 hour reception, great price, comfortable beds, wifi amazing, no sounds from other rooms, large rooms and best of all... shampoo, conditioner and intimate wash! Loved it. The negative reviews don't make any sense!

Perfect stay with lots of things to do nearby! we booked the hotel the morning itself and they even allowed early check in when the room is ready.

European trip ~ Rome. The hotel is located near the Vatican 🇻🇦. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby! It is very convenient to eat, shop and go to attractions! The hotel is very safe and you need to press the doorbell to unlock it. The service was very friendly and nice. The room is a little dim

The receptionist was kind and it was reassuring to know that it was open 24 hours. I was bothered by the smell in the bathroom, and there was no hot water on the first day.

Everything was great, very friendly. They checked us in early and kept our bags for us.

The structure itself and the location are excellent, unfortunately we had a negative experience with the hot water in the evening practically impossible to wash in the evening, which is not so nice, I hope you will find a remedy in this, because you are a good hotel, the staff are very kind everyone, availability, courtesy... among other things we thought it was a room problem, they changed our room but the problem was the same

The location of the hotel feels quite safe. If you get hungry at night, there are restaurants nearby. It's very close to the Vatican. The staff are also very friendly (except for the cleaning lady who didn't understand English and communicated with her in sign language)

Very good this place and the location too. You walk to the Vatican. Access to the metro very fast and accessible. First class facilities. Spanish is spoken at the reception. Recommended!
