Hotel la Place Roma

Cozy and modern at the same time, this hotel has probably the best location in Rome. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful 24/7. Veronica, Sara, Dorin, Giorgio (and also Ricardo from the breakfast restaurant) made my family and I feel like we were all at home. They had special cereals for my kids every morning, taught me some Italian words and sentences, gave me tips and guidance about Rome. This hotel made me love Rome even more than I already loved. I definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel, just 7 rooms on one floor. High spec with fancy lights. Bed could’ve been better as they had a mattress topper that was shorter than the mattress which was slightly uncomfortable when I didn’t use any pillows as they were too plump. Anyway, to access the hotel you go through a small church archway, immediately next to Cafe Vitti. The hotel is above the cafe. There are 2 short flights of stairs (v easily walkable) and a tiny lift. It’s 5 mins walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and all the luxury stores and bars and restaurants. 30mins walk to The Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo (both across the river). Superb location. Travel to the hotel from Fiumicino airport was €14 train ride to Termini then got a bus for 15mins as wanted to continue seeing the view instead of underground metro. Giacomo, Rocco and Sara are super lovely hotel staff and really want you to enjoy your stay. They ask about your day and give you tips on where to go and how and will book your airport transfer. They gave me breakfast (gratis) which was incredible. It’s at Cafe Vitti and you choose 4 items from a big list and they show you the beautiful selection of choices on display. The food and drink is amazing and all the high class Romans frequent this so it’s definitely a top end cafe. I had ham and cheese omelette with salad (delicious), chocolate croissant, fresh orange, mimosa, coffee/English breakfast tea. The works. You get so much choice! From 7am-12 which is awesome if you’re not an early-riser. Big shout-out to Patrizio who was a wonderful waiter. I had the balcony room which is smaller than the others but it’s very special as you overlook the square which is great for people watching but not noisy. This hotel is wonderful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best small niche hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled the world and then some. Excellent staff and amazing location in the heart of Rome. Can walk everywhere. Great high end luxury mall around the corner, amazing food under Hotel and you can get the breakfast included in the room rate. We did that. There is a LV next door bot they have Prada, Fendi, Chloe etc all at the Liz mall around the Corning. It is 7 stories. Can walk to all major sites and attractions. Be sure to pre Oder tickets. Rome has 5 mm residents and at any one time another 1 mm tourist. I loved this Hotel. Has a discreet patio. Staff was the best. I was so proud or my fellow Italians here the room is high end, needing and mattress equal to top end of the Winn in Vegas. They have multiple color lights so you can have red, blue or green lights. Massive flat screen. Ask for the iron and board, all drinks are free I. The mini fridge. I loved this place

Hotel LA Place in Rome was absolutely delightful! The modern and sleek a**osphere gave it a boutique hotel feel, which we loved. The service was exceptional, and our room exceeded our expectations. They even accommodated our request for a fragrance-free room, which was fantastic. The rooms were equipped with technology to improve our stay. However, it is worth mentioning that finding the hotel can be slightly challenging, as only the awnings display the name. Moreover, while an elevator is available, obtaining the access code requires checking in first. All in all, it was an outstanding experience! We had an amazing time during our stay, and the location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Hotel LA Place for an enjoyable and memorable time in Rome.

Everything was great here definitely difficult to find at first which was in the second floor. I had to figure out this puzzle of a place. The only thing is that the room was smaller than expected. It had a modern touch and everything was updated. If I was to book at this hotel again I would opt for a bigger room.
