Piazza di Spagna 9

This was our first stop on my husband and my one year anniversary trip! Emanuele and all the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We arrived early and were able to freshen up after a long flight, they held our bags, and directed us to all the places to go. You can see the Spanish steps from the hotel lobby. It is the cutest boutique hotel, we will back! They made our stay very special!

Wow! What a divine place to stay in Rome! In this gem we have found one of our absolute favourite hotels ever. The location is perfect, walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, shops and restaurants, and only a 100m walk from the Spagna metro station. The views directly over the Piazza are wonderful - you are right in the action, yet the soundproof windows mean it is still whisper quiet! The spacious rooms are beautiful - super comfy yet ooze style and sophistication, and the amenities excellent. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to their beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom master suite - an absolute haven for our family of 4 (travelling with young adult children) with 3 separate living spaces, a kitchen and lovely dining space, and tonnes of natural light. But what really puts this hotel on the map for us, and definitely worthy of its number 1 ranking on TA, is the incredible level of personal service. Franco & Emanuele go out of their way to look after you before you’ve even arrived, arranging transportation, tours & restaurant reservations. Franco was able to offer all the best restaurant suggestions from family friendly to Michelin, including THE BEST gluten free pasta suggestions, and all were absolutely incredible! He also arranged a wonderful private tour of the spectacularly beautiful yet not well known Palazzo Colonna, well worth the experience and expense! Nothing was too much trouble, and every day Franco would ensure our day’s arrangements were looked after. We truly felt like members of the family, and not just valued guests! Franco has such a genuine passion & enthusiasm for Rome, which is imparted in the beauty of the space he has created at Piazza di Spagna 9, as well as his interactions with his guests. He goes above & beyond to ensure you love this fabulous city as much as he clearly does! So now my only regret about writing this review is now everyone will know about this amazing place to stay and it will no longer be our hidden gem of Rome!! Franco & Emanuele, thank you again for an amazing stay. We loved Rome and your amazing hospitality, and we so look forward to returning to stay with you again very soon!

This property is beautiful and the customer service was top notch. The view from our flat was amazing!! From our first interaction and welcome from Franco and associates, all the way through all of the activities that they coordinated. By far, the best customer experience that we’ve received abroad. This was a big group (family of 20 people). Franco went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. From arranging our drivers, answers by many questions as they came up, recommending activities and helping to coordinate, through making sure we had a great culinary experience. So impressed and highly recommend!! Thank you so much for making sure we had a wonderful and very memorable time in Rome!! We all want to come back!!

Piazza di Spagna 9 exceeded every expectation I had. You will be blown away. I spent three unforgettable days in Rome with my family, and Franco and Emanuele ensured everything was perfect. From organizing airport transportation and exclusive tours to uncover secret gems, to guiding us to the best authentic dining spots in the city, they took care of it all. Their service? Think beyond five stars—this is seven-star, white-glove treatment from the moment you inquire to the very end of your stay. I didn’t believe the reviews at first, but they’re absolutely true. This is an experience you have to see for yourself. The rooms are magnificent, featuring extremely comfortable bedding and spacious showers. We stayed in the master suite at Piazza di Spagna 31, and every detail of the room exuded elegance and comfort. The location is perfect, with a taxi stand right outside and within walking distance of Rome’s top designer boutiques and authentic Roman eateries. It’s the ideal base for exploring the city. Had a great time at PiazzaDiSpagna9 when I stayed in Rome. I was recommended this location by some friends who had stayed there before and it didn’t disappoint. The views looking out into the Piazza were amazing. I was amazed how the shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. The staff were great and very friendly and made my stay there great. I would recommend this place to my friends and family to stay here. If I could recommend 1 thing for them to add, Id recommend wash cloths. But this ISN’T a deal breaker for me.

Emanuele and Washid make Piazza Spagna 9 feel like a home in Rome. They could not have been more responsive and helpful. Franco the owner is always a message away 24/7 and his mom is part of the welcoming committee. The cleaning happens discreetly. Everything just works really well.
