Hotel nella media, sicuramente non è un 4 stelle superiore. Camera confortevole ma con aria condizionata non in funzione e con il primo caldo si faceva sentire la mancanza. Fatta richiesta al portiere, mi rispondeva che era spenta in tutto l'hotel. Bagno grande ma senza ventilazione, TV con pochissimi canali in italiano. Mancando la ventilazione, la mattina si sentiva l'odore di bacon fino al sesto piano. Colazione ok

The hotel was overall good. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, the Spanish steps & plaza España. The room was very comfortable and spacious, however our tv never worked, we had a few issues with our room key (all resolved successfully) and the WiFi was pretty slow. Please note, in March they consider it winter so there is no a/c available in the rooms. Mauro at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful.

Lovely small boutique hotel - simple tasty breakfast - very tiny bar area Room large and light and great shower - nice touch with included mini bar in room and coffee machine Staff seemed to have to multitask - one guy doing bell boy / bar man and odd jobs ! Sadly they are let down by the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had in a 4 star hotel- it felt like a one star bed - no sleep luckily there was a sofa I slept (badly) there The staff did try their best to help and gave a spare duvet to put as a mattress topper but this didn’t help

Hotel located in a conviente location. Hotel was very clean and good breafast. I would stay there again.

AC was not not working.They say they don't use AC in March. Had to keep window open. Otherwise tempratue in room would be 90F Some lights did not work.

a small hotel with walking distance to major destinations, and good dinner options around. the rooms are very well maintained and nice amenities. no complaints. good breakfast as well.

Stayed here to celebrate my b'day in Rome. John louis, the front house agent was excellent from checkin all the way through, he's and an asset to the hotel and I hope he's appreciated. We had a few issues, mostly caused by our electric adapters, but he was attentive, superb and hands on in resolving our issues quickly. He also offered us a lovely bottle of wine as a courtesy. I would stay here again. our room was fantastic.

Stayed at divina luxury hotel 2nd-6th March everything aboout this hotel is excellent the room was massive, so was the bathroom and shower bed & pillows were so comfortable, and room plus all the hotel was spotless, breakfast was very good scrambled eggs,bacon sausages cereals, plus pastries & sweet cakes and croissants the staff are very welcoming & friendly. situated in a quiet street 5 mins walk to the Spanish steps 10-12 minutes to trevi fountain i would definitely return to the divina luxury hotel.
