Ulasan Home2 Suites By Hilton Guangzhou Conghua

Layanannya luar biasa, kami datang dalam rombongan besar dengan banyak anak-anak dan pasti akan menghadapi banyak masalah. Resepsionisnya sangat profesional dan berusaha membantu kami dengan segala cara. Kolam renang ke-8 tidak terlalu besar, tetapi cukup bagus, hanya antara 0,9m hingga 1,2m, jadi tidak terlalu khawatir dengan ketinggiannya, buka pukul 10 pagi. Ada kedai kopi gratis di resepsionis tempat anak-anak saya meracik minuman cokelat dan saya dapat menikmati Americano gratis. Kami memesan kamar twin untuk keluarga beranggotakan 4 orang (2 anak kecil). Kamar ini memiliki tempat parkir yang luas, B1 dan lantai dasar. Ada mal kecil di bawahnya tempat Anda bisa mendapatkan burger dan membeli barang-barang di toko serba ada pada menit terakhir. Sarapannya enak dan banyak pilihan makanan. Saat bepergian, kami berkendara masuk dan keluar setiap kali, jadi saya tidak melihat aksesibilitas transportasi umum. Tetapi sepertinya kami harus berkendara setidaknya 5 hingga 10 menit, jadi pergi ke mal besar, tampaknya tidak terlalu memungkinkan dengan berjalan kaki. Namun secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat nyaman dan merupakan pilihan yang baik.

Transportasi sangat nyaman, ada dapur kecil dan microwave, kopi gratis di lobi, staf hotel sangat baik, kamarnya super bersih dan nyaman.

I love staying at this hotel because of the warm welcoming and the cleanliness of the hotel🥰🥰🥰 Ms. Lucy, one of the professional staffs, has been helping throughout the stay and always looking out for our comfort and safety staying in the premises~! I find everyone of the staff polite and courteous, always willing to provide assistance, especially true at the front desk and at breakfast. It is a small well- run cozy hotel in a small town in China. My wife and I only spent one night at the hotel. We have no hesitation to visit again and will be glad to recommend friends.

The hotel is just perfect! Everything is clean and smells really good! The stuff if kind, helpful and some of them speak English which helps a lot if you are w foreigner. Breakfast is really great: full of choices both Chinese and Western food! My favourite thing about this hotel is that it allows the pets to live with you so you can feel home! The hotel offers some pets goods included in the “pet fee”. The policy for pets is very reasonable- show the certificates that pets were vaccinated against rabies. As a cats owner I really appreciate it, we want to travel to the safe place where other pets can’t spread any diseases. The stuff is very considerate when it comes to cleaning pet owners rooms. I also really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool! Really recommend this place!

I really dont give 5 star rating but for this hotel I must. The fairest comment for this Conghua hotel is that it is the best hotel I stayed among Mandarin Oriental, Ritz. The reason is that, although it does not offer luxury amenities, it has attention to details and very clean room. Basics are done well and offers good qualify breakfast. Kudos to the team!

Everything is good

Firstly the hotel is amazing. The quality is 5 star. They have thought about every detail down to the pillows used. The staff were all very lovely & overall had a lovely stay. The only thing for me was the hotel pool was not open. I chose this hotel so I could swim each day. There should have been some warning before booking letting customers know it will be closed. Saying that i had a great stay.

The newly opened Home2 by Hilton suddenly makes this the most attractive hotel in Conghua for travelers used to 5 star hotels in Tier 1 Chinese cities. Having also recently stayed at "Esea" and "Ramada", from a cost performance standpoint, Home2 is the unequivocable choice. The hotel is new and shiny right now so maybe the fact thait exudes a sense of vibrancy and freshness is too early to say. However I'll be a satisfied returnee and would also be booking family and friends to Home2 whenever they visit Conghua. Yuki and Rita were amazing checking me in.
