В отеле все понравилось. Очень доброжелательный персонал, готовый решить любую твою проблему, если она возникла. Большой чистый пляж и прекрасное море. Брали полупансион (завтраки и ужины), еда была разнообразной и вкусной, дополнительно давали напитки. В номере было все необходимое, включая утюг. Одним словом очень не хотелось уезжать, настолько было хорошо в нем отдыхать) Отель однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻

當時選這家酒店的原因在於，新，18年開業的，相比左右的St Regis和Park Hyatt都是2011年開的。Rotana是阿聯酋本土高端酒店品牌，服務水準確實和國際大品牌還是有一定差距的，比如：面對面客人時的表情，整體早餐的擺放，收餐的流程都有待提高。而且這次check in的服務真的很不好，我定的是海景帶lounge服務的房間，而酒店收到的訊息是花園景色的不帶lounge的房間，後現場找攜程兩個小時後才解決，最終也不知道是酒店還是攜程的問題。

It’s my third stay in 12 months and the magic is still there and it continues to blow me away with each visit. First visit with my husband was last May, I visited again in July with a friend who absolutely loved it and was very eager to return. So we all traveled together this May bringing another friend, who has now experienced the magic and cannot wait to return, so we are already planning our next trip. My friends tried the spa and said it was the best spa and treatment she has ever experienced. The hotel’s signature fragrance which fills the lobby can be purchased from the spa and now we all have a little bit of the Saadiyat Rotana in our own homes. We dinned in Turtle Bay twice, Si Ristorante, Hamiltons and Sim Sim. The food is delicious, plenty of options and the portions are extremely generous. Every meal will keep you more than satisfied, there is something for everyone. Half board dine was perfect for our 6 night stay, the Gin Club menu is great also, very reasonable and many choices to choose from. Apart from the beautiful grounds, property and breathtaking beach, it’s the staff that make this place special. They work tirelessly to ensure that you are always taken care of and the service provided is next level. Have to mention, Jemima & Remi at Front Desk. What great service, just amazing and Remi has the most wonderful warm and welcoming manner. Any questions or assistance was provided quickly and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both, you really stood out for us and it’s appreciated. Yeovi, Kokou - Words cannot express how grateful we are to you both for taking such good care of us. Absolute legends you guys are, we were always in good hands with you both whilst at the pool or beach and we felt extremely looked after. Was certainly great to see familiar faces and be recognised as returning guests, on each and every visit we received a high level of respect, service & support and we cannot thank you enough for giving us the most wonderful vacation and special memories. We were also so fortunate to have seen the dolphins twice during our stay, we love the beach and the dolphins just made it that much more special for us.. It took 3 visits to see them, I’m hoping there will be many more opportunities as we plan to continue our vacations in this beautiful resort! I also recommended this property to a colleague, who has just recently returned from her trip. She has also shared her experiences with me and only has great things to say about her trip. Just goes to show how consistently spectacular this place and the staff really are.

Absolutely the best hotel we mum and I (80 years) of travel myself 60 years no words…. Sublime service.. sublime customer service… the heat don’t worry just book lots to do in air conditioning You can go pool late Food at Turtle Bay on par with the Michelin I’ve ate at❤️❤️ just go enjoy the most beautiful hotel and more importantly the staff ❤️❤️❤️

We have spent 2 unforgettable weeks here, very very satisfied with everything, clean, nice, comfortable place, excellent service, food, beach, ocean. Turtle Bay is a wonderful place, top restaurant on the island. Special thanks to Ani at the hotel reception. ❤️❤️

As a regular guest, we like so much Saadiyat Rotana. From the moment we enter in the lobby, Mr. Henry is already waiting for us. Ahmed is a friendly man at the recepcion , he gave us a nice room. Everybody treats you like you are family. The breakfast is very good. You can eat outside. Dinner can be taken in several restaurants, outside also. Thank you chef Mohammed from Marrakech. Also for Leigh, Repali and Gilbert.The swimmingpool is very nice. Our friends Thilina, Pradeep and Keigh were taking care for us. All directors came and gave us good advice. Really you all made that our family went home with tears in the eyes. We will miss you, you all were so kind. We certainly will come back.

A lovely stay with our family at the Rotana. The hotel is situated on a beautiful natural beach with the most amazing colour of the sea ive ever seen! Kids loved the beach - lots of sun shades and chairs however annoying people go down before breakfast and place their items in them to ‘reserve’ the best ones at the front - the hotel staff should remove these as it’s obvious when it happens. The beach however and service was very good with water and beach towels promptly delivered. The pool was great warm and our kids loved it - large with a safe water level for our 6 year old for half of it - lifeguards on duty too which helps you relax. Service at pool was good/great too. Kids club which our 2 and 6 year old used was without a doubt excellent- the staff were welcoming and kind and the place was spotless! A pool and playground round the back, a lazy river and a cool fun indoor area grouped by age was inside. The staff made every effort to make sure the children were happy with regular whatsapp updates for me (relaxing on the beach) and lots of fun outdoor activities aswell as arts and crafts inside. We used the babysitters from the kids club too who were brilliant and came to our room one night to look after them when the kids were tired (extra charge). Couldn't fault them! Housekeeping excellent our rooms were kept spotless and tidy as was the hotel itself. Breakfast was good - tiny gluten free section disappointing! Nice they tried with separate toaster but some unappealing bread and gf packaged pancakes doesn't really cut it especially when the chef next to it is making fresh pancakes, waffles but cant manage to make gf ones. However id taken my own granola and the omelette chef was fab and lots of fresh fruit ! Dinner we ate at turtle bay and the Italian both superb great service and excellent gluten free options pasta, pizza bases etc - one night we ate at the buffet at sim sim and i have to mention the head chef here who asked me what I would like and that he would specifically make me a gluten free meal which he did ( after showing me what was gf on the buffet and offering sushi etc) he then make me some delicious fish and even bought out a gf pudding without me even asking -made my evening absolute 10/10 to him! The rest of my family throughly enjoyed all the meals on offer and the kids section especially on the little red train counter. A couple of brilliant waiters here wish i knew their names to mention them - just went above and beyond! My only gripe would be we went all inclusive and i wouldn't do that again. Its not all inclusive only certain items were included So we paid extra for items on the menu we wanted and got no discount for the money we had already paid towards it - we also paid extra for wine as the wine included was ‘okay’ and i like nice wine! - id rather just pay for the food and drink as we wanted it rather than pay for an all inclusive but its not all included! Finally Hotel is also a great location for Yas isl

We really enjoyed our 10 night stay at the Saadiyat Rotana Resort with two friends. The staff and choice of food was excellent but the all-inclusive drinks package could have been better with individual non-standard drinks costing an extra £11+ on average. Apart from that, we would go back x

This was our 3rd visit to Saadiyat Rotana! We had wonderful time and the staff make this place amazing. On this visit, we booked a Club Room and had access to the Club Lounge. The front desk staff were helpful and many thanks to Souhel and his team for making us feel welcome. The Club Lounge staff (Su, Me Ann, Kripa, Kristina, Ryll and Komlan) were great and we really enjoyed spending our time and chats with them. The team do their utmost to serve you with any dietary requirements. The room service was very good also, The pool staff, Arjun, Kokou, Youvi and everyone, thank you for looking after us. Yahya at the Gym, Yana and Margo, thank you for the Aqua Gym, zumba and aerobics. it was enjoyed very much and of great help to keep fit. We also enjoyed the mini golf and thanks again to Yana and Margo for making it fun. The restaurants, Sim Sim was always welcoming and the variety of food was very much enjoyed. The chefs were fully aware of allergies and took great care to advise and accommodate accordingly. A separate Gluten Free area and pre-packaged items was very reassuring. Thank you to Chef Rajiv, Akhbar and the team, Akram, Abdul, Manoj, Kennedy, Patience and everyone for the kind service - much appreciated. We also ate at Si where the half board choices seemed more limited than previously. We really enjoyed our 2nd meal at Turtle Bay prepared by Chef Ashish - highly recommended. The turtle release was also a highlight of our stay. The staff make Saadiyat Rotana a welcoming place to stay and we hope to return again one day soon.
