"The hotel overall is good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy but I found water in the shower when i checked in. The furniture of the room was fair. The decorations were less than average. The breakfast fast options are limited, and they don't serve coffee or tea during breakfast. Staf resepsionis dan bellboy sangat ramah. Saat saya menginap, ada pertemuan pemerintah Ningbo, jadi banyak pejabat yang keluar masuk, tetapi layanannya tetap sangat teratur. Hotelnya besar, dan kali ini saya menginap di kamar king-size, yang di-upgrade menjadi suite anak. Kamar itu memiliki ranjang susun berbentuk mobil pemadam kebakaran anak-anak, cocok untuk anak kecil, dan kamar mandi khusus anak-anak. Terlihat bahwa mereka sangat mementingkan pengalaman anak-anak. Kamar tidur utama memiliki ranjang super besar, dan kamar mandi utama seluas kamar tidur utama! Ada dua wastafel, shower, toilet terpisah, dan bak mandi tunggal. Bak mandi juga dilengkapi dengan motor kecil terpisah. Hanya saja AC-nya terlalu kencang, saya terbangun karena kepanasan di tengah malam. Selain itu, hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Museum Ningbo dan Museum Serangga! Keduanya bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginapnya sangat bagus, direkomendasikan untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak!

Saya memilih Atour setiap kali saya melakukan perjalanan bisnis. Sangat mudah untuk kehilangan tidur ketika menginap di hotel lain. Tempat tidur mereka sangat nyaman, sehingga Anda dapat tidur hingga subuh, memastikan Anda berada dalam kondisi yang baik keesokan harinya ~ dan Anda tetap dapat sarapan meskipun Anda tetap di tempat tidur hingga pukul 10:30 (11:00 di akhir pekan)! ! Di Atour di Tianyi Plaza, Anda bisa keluar untuk makan, minum, dan bersenang-senang dengan berjalan kaki, dan Anda bisa memesan makanan untuk dibawa pulang ke mana pun Anda mau. Kalau mau ke tempat lain bisa juga naik kereta bawah tanah, ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah di depan pintu. We had a great time at this hotel. They upgraded our rooms to lake view and provided us an exclusive butler whose name is MaoJiaXin. She is very helpful and attentive to our needs. She makes it easier for us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. In addition, they have a lot of amenities the children can enjoy. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Qixia Shanju Hotel. As international travelers, we were truly touched by how warmly and kindly we were treated from the very first moment. The hospitality here is exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. They prepared a fire for us, brought us warm milk, and even shared food with us at times. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us, especially being far from home. Their kindness felt genuine and heartfelt. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The environment is peaceful, clean, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing. It is located right by the water streams, which makes the atmosphere even more calming and special. Waking up to such natural surroundings was truly refreshing. This was more than just a stay; it felt like being welcomed by family. We are so grateful for the warmth, generosity, and care we experienced here. Hotel ini dekat dengan kawasan bisnis metro Southern dan area di tepi sungai tampak spektakuler di malam hari. Kamarnya berukuran cukup luas dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Lantai kamar mandi sangat licin, terutama untuk anak-anak, dan toiletnya tidak berfungsi di salah satu sisi mekanisme penyiraman. Dengan sedikit perhatian terhadap detail, kamar ini akan sangat bagus. Sarapannya kurang memuaskan. Semuanya dingin dan lama sekali ditinggal. Saya rasa Anda harus datang sangat pagi untuk menikmati yang terbaik. Lokasinya bagus, stafnya ramah, dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Untuk hotel dengan harga terjangkau, pengalaman menginap ini cukup menyenangkan.

I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.

This is absolutely my favorite place in Ningbo 😳😍. A free room upgrade! Because I booked through @trip.com. Benefits of being a member 😃😀Our stay was nothing short of an amaaaazing time. The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful sea view, the sunrise is breathtaking and the sea breeze is a cherry on top. The staff is very welcoming, sweet, patient and very helpful. Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

It's a great hotel. Keeps up to the Shangrila high standard. It's slightly away from the busiest part of the city but close enough to walk on a fine day. It's right next to the huge K11 shopping mall. Unfortunately it's very empty with low traffic so it's not a nice place to shop or hang out. That's a disappointment. Hope things will get better.

和朋友來泡温泉，是個清凈，適合度假的地方，背靠松博園，去湖邊看日落也很近，第一次入住洲際旗下的酒店，體驗還算可以 值得一提的是，管家小張，服務熱情，我有任何需求跟她反饋，都能及時回覆並解決，非常棒 可以待優化的地方： 1. 提供室內泳池，或者增加健身房器械，作為一名常健身的賓客，健身房的器械數量並不支持我與別的賓客一同使用 2. 私湯不可賓客自行放水，更換或者調温，對比東錢湖豪生略顯不方便 3. 沒有下午茶吧，酒吧，點餐制的餐廳，觀察了一下也沒有提供客房送餐服務，mini吧略少 以上，感謝管家小張的服務，在一個陽光明媚的週末，有了不錯的體驗
