Fairly central location Very modern looking hotel Friendly staff Comfortable room with enough amenities and easy to use everything. Would happily stay again if and when I visit Ningbo again

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

民宿就在巖頭古村，從踏入民宿的那一刻，就彷彿穿越到了舊時光。它是由百年古宅改建而來，保留了清代徽派建築的雕樑畫棟，細節之處盡顯古韻。院裏的佈局錯落有致，綠植點綴其中，每一處都透露着主人的巧思，讓人不禁沉浸在這古色古香的氛圍裏。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別踏實。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品也都是高品質的，用着很安心。房間裏還擺放着一些特色的小物件，增添了不少生活氣息，住起來真的很愜意 ！

Stayed at this hotel for the third time, the front desk service is as good as ever, and the late night stay is still very active to help me coordinate and solve the parking space problem. This time I lived on the 4th floor and felt very quiet.

The best impression is the service at this selected hotel front desk. During the whole check-in process, the front desk lady was particularly warm and thoughtful, and the business ability was great. Not only did it meet our various needs, but also took the initiative to help us wash and dry clothes. After ironing and tidying, use the hotel's customized cloth bag to return to the room. Location: Water Street, just across the bridge. The subway exits from Exit A of the Southern Business District, and has been heading towards Water Street. It takes 3～ 5 minutes to walk. The size of the room is OK, the projection TV, and the bathroom is also very good. I need to deposit 300, I don't understand at first. There is a refrigerator in the room, a lot of snacks in the refrigerator, and two computers. It is also necessary from a practical perspective! Overall, it is a good hotel, it is recommended! !
