Very clean, and in a good location. No frills except for coffee, but the price excellent, and a quiet room with a comfortable bed and excellent heater a/c

I checked in to a room where the WiFi was terrible, the tv did not work and the toilet was broken. After I explained this to the property manager, they refused to give me a new room because I’d used the bathroom. By 6 pm, none of the issues had been fixed or I just simply did not get assistance at all. I finally reported the issues to ******* - who were no help other than calling the property manager to tell them what I’d already told them. I called back down to the new property manager on duty who finally changed my room. Exhausting and terrible experience.

Loved the convenience to pCH and cars close to rooms. Good ice machine. Gap in door and loud traffic noise. Pool was small and in shade. Worked for a couple of nights. Clean rooms.

Like other reviews here, you can tell they’ve tried to make some updates but hit the mark. Our room was musty, the air conditioner was leaking water on the floor. The clock was broken, phone was missing buttons. The few positives is the location is perfect for walking distance to shops and the pier and the bed was REALLY comfortable.

No coffee in room. Was supposed to be Coffee available in the office by 7am, but it was past that and no coffee. Not a big deal, just inconvenience. Had to ask for room supplies 2nd day (TP) which should have been noticed when they changed the towels.

I only saw the room for about 30 minutes but the way the hotel’s construed, it’s not safe for two women and a small child which is what we were. There was no lamp in the room and it definitely smelled bad. It opens to outside to a semi-covered parking but again, the layout isn’t good. The only good thing that I’d like to say is the manager was nice. Oh and it looks NOTHING like the photos
