Location excellent and convenient for rail travelers. Good clean and good variety and we all senior citizens tolerated well. Amenities were ordinary. Bathroom had short and very stool. No bathroom mat. No handles near bathing areas to prevent fall. No telephone inside. The quality of towels were poor. Bedding and pillows etc were sat-is factory. Ac was good. Half of the mirror was black. Mineral water bottles were provided. But no tea coffee kettle in the room. Rest aren’t service was excellant. The lounge was comfortable and staff there was hospitable and considerate. Allowed us to stay therefor long hrs as our train was very late. We are greatful for the same. We will certainly go back there. Hopefully the deficiencies mentioned are covered. Dr. Alka halbe.

Very nice and clean rooms. In one room the electic kettle was not working. Good quality is good and the staff was very courteous.

Delicious food and i could say excellent food that i enjoyed at hotel. Location is nice just a walkable distance to railway station. Ambience is good. Staff is very prompt and attentive specialy restaurant staff are excellent in serving food services. Ambience is also good, nicely clean room and washroom. Washroom kit is wonderful. Only drawback is property is comparatively small and no children area. Overall experince is very good

Location is very near to railway station. 24 km from ganpatipule and 21 km from pawas. Good food and clean rooms-washroom.
