We had a wonderful stay celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! Everyone from the reception desk to buggy drivers and restaurant staff was very attentive and kind. Felt pampered with the extra touches. Vast property with natural desert beauty and wildlife. Will be back for sure!

My family and I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel during the Chinese New Year, and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We arrived early and from the second we drove in until the moment we left, we were extremely happy with the service. Because of our flight we arrived at 9 am so our room wasn’t ready so we did pay to upgrade (Al Sarab tented villa with pool) which was worth it but the butler service was poor. It was meant to be have their WhatsApp and they service you, but no responses or late replies for like an hour. Overall, it’s ok because we could still call using the phone but it was just an expectation that they set but couldn’t deliver. View was good, bonfire was great place to sit a have a drink, pool was heated, room was clean.

It was an unforgettable experience in one of the best villas in this hotel. Everything was thought out at the highest level, every detail. Tomorrow includes several dishes from different cuisines. It was very great. And I think that I will come back here more than once. If you want to immerse yourself in atmosphere, luxury, comfort and privacy, then this is the hotel. Exactly what you need. Ideal for a romantic time, If you want to surprise your other half. Be sure to purchase a visit to one of the villas. You will be able to enjoy the animals that will approach you while you are lying in the pool. The forest spa was really nice dont miss it.

Service is world class. We felt so taken care of by the service crew at the hotel restaruants and other people.

Loved it!! I stayed too short so i will definitely go back!!! You can see exotic birds, gazels, oryx, horses, camels. Children will be delighted :) The breakfast options werent too wide probably because there arent many guests on september, but the hotel provides delicious coconut coffee yum

The room was big and affordable and the service was good and there and a lot of sheep like animals the desert was very big

It was such a nice experience in desert! All staff are very nice and friendly here. Especially Ahmed Karin who guided us towards the adventure centre is really a bonus to our trip. He's so nice to our family and our kids enjoyed his introduction of the animals very much. We really appreciate his service and this resort experience in UAE!

The room is large and the air conditioning is adequate; the bedding is very comfortable, the toiletries are Diptyque, and the food may be more suitable for Asians, with a preference for Asian Indian cuisine. Disadvantages: 1. Although check-in is after 3pm, it was already after 3:40pm when we actually got to the room, which is very inefficient 2 The room I booked includes dinner, but the front desk didn't look carefully. The housekeeper introduced several restaurants in the hotel to me. I thought they were all edible, so I made a reservation for the Japanese restaurant. After entering, I found that there were prices on the menu. I asked the waiter, except for the buffet kaheela restaurant, all other restaurants have to be charged separately 3. There is no wording on the things on the table, and it is not clear whether they are free, so I asked the front desk again. Red wine, chocolate, etc. are all charged, so why not put a price list on the side? 4. There is no night service I stayed in the Baiyue in Abu Dhabi for the first two nights, which is much better than this hotel, and my favorability towards the Ritz-Carlton brand has dropped sharply.

Why don't many people recommend it? It's a treasure hotel. It's not as popular as Anxxx, but it's great in every aspect. The service, hotel activities and two nights are enough. Although it's in Ras Al Khaimah, it's very close to Dubai. It's a good choice to stay here when traveling to Dubai, especially with children!

Beyond expectations! From the moment we arrived, Anup's enthusiasm and professionalism made us feel very warm. He took care of all our needs in detail. The hotel has abundant wildlife to watch, private desert tours, and rich meals. The hotel facilities are first-class, the environment is quiet and luxurious, especially the desert scenery, which is intoxicating. Special thanks to Anup's thoughtful service. When we left, I forgot my Cartier lighter. Anup helped me find it and sent it to Dubai as soon as possible. This heartwarming story made this vacation an unforgettable memory! Highly recommended to every traveler who desires luxury and tranquility.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice, very good, and the service is good. When riding a camel, the staff took the initiative to help take pictures, and they took a lot of pictures, and they were pretty good. The only bug is that you can't charge your phone at the bedside. You have to move the bedside table away and use the socket of the bedside lamp.
