The view was breathtaking and stunning! Staff was extremely helpful and understanding, which I was nervous about being judged for how nice it was and how “homely” I looked checking in. I have been to a lot of places and not one single one compares to this place!

酒店位置很好 但是貴，這個價格國內可以住頂級五星 但是這裏就是一個普通街邊4星酒店 對面就是川普大廈 去湖邊千禧公園或者芝加哥藝術博物館都走1公里左右到了 對門就是芝加哥河 跑步閑逛絕佳。沒有酒店自己的餐廳 酒店早餐是邊上的一家酒吧餐廳 沒去嘗試 方便是方便 就是變成了 外面人吃飯也在一起 。打車特別是Uber不方便 估計單行 即便在附近也會繞很久

房間居住體驗和環境都很好～～～ 地理環境也很好 硬件是值得房價的 衹不過沒有微波爐 這一點對我來説稍微有點不方便

This is great value for your money. No cheap parking on the property but there are plenty of cheaper options nearby. No swimming pool in this property, otherwise clean, new, convenient. Friendly staff and bell service. 5 stars and we will be back

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The view, the staff, the location, and the cleanliness couldn’t have been better and far exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a perfect location, the view from the room is wonderful. The room was super clean and renovated.

Visited for st. Patricks weekend and the view from our room was incredible! Hotel was within walking distance from shopping, bars and dining! If I ever visit Chicago again I would love to stay here again!

My family and I stayed here to join the Chicago River Dyeing festival for St. Patrick’s Day. Due to the large number of people attending the festival, valet parking was challenging, but everything else was perfect. The hotel offers an amazing view, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel for our trip.

Great location! Modern, spacious rooms. Everything was clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying a at The Royal Sonesta. Absolutely perfect location for St. Patrick's Day. Close to the trains and pretty much walkable to everywhere downtown.
