Staff is very nice and helpful, however the food served in the restaurant were not warm enough, especially the steak we ordered.

It was a privilege to stay at this lovingly restored hotel. The hotel has kept its old world charm, whilst adding today's comforts and efficiency. My room, the lobby, the bar, the pool, the restaurant and the corridoors are architecturally sights to behold. The food, drink and snacks are delicious. However, the welcome and warmth of the hotel staff - tops even the splendour of the hotel itself! They are kind, helpful and generous. Thank you to everyone associated with Raffles for my superb long weekend.

連續住了3-4天,雖然入住第二天,我在門口掛Make up 的牌子,在晚上9點多才來打掃房間,我理解酒店忙碌,且我依然寫了好評。
但是第三天時常規續住酒店工作人員突然敲門説我沒有付款,可是我付款訂單提交已經N小時了。工作人員拿我手機各種拍照…拍照事後並沒有向我做出任何解釋(最起碼打電話回覆我説攜程訂單延誤或者自己預訂部門的問題)…
第四天時換新房間,我常規使用洗手池洗臉,沒任何卸粧油,但是洗手池無故堵塞,無法使用…原本打算住一段時間,但是果斷退房…
