There were plenty of kitchen items, so if you were staying for several nights, you could cook your own meals at the hotel. I also felt at ease knowing that the hotel staff would respond to your inquiries remotely when you checked in.

The hotel is very close to Kokusai Street. The room is big and clean. All facilities are very good. The self-service check-in is very convenient and can be completed in a few minutes. I will stay here again next time.

酒店是全自助型態，拿著酒店核發的開門密碼打開一樓酒店大門。然後在check-in櫃台輸入check-in密碼與入住者信息，會有真人語音通話確認細節，然後憑著酒店提供的入住密碼進入房間，是蠻奇特的check-in經驗。房間空間蠻大，孩子睡上下舖的雙床，大人有單人床，房內有煮飯設施蠻方便的。 酒店離國際通超近，晚上全家人逛到筋疲力盡才走回酒店，早餐買了有名的豬肉蛋飯糰，真是愉快的體驗。

因為嚴謹所以辦理入住時也有一些手續，需用點耐心操作，建議先行查英文地址做填寫，第一個人填寫完可以複製在貼上其餘同行人，除此之外房間乾淨舒服，整體來說是很棒的公寓飯店，下次會再入住。

房間住宿、衛生與地點很棒。 不過有任何問題，服務人員回覆很慢甚至不會回覆。特別是退房之後想拿取遺忘的東西，在trip.com或是mail留言後，已過了2晚都沒有收到回覆。後續拜託日本友人幫忙打電話問，也是早上八點打一通、得到的回應是再回覆。他們10點退房開始整理，等到下午一點半沒收到電話、又再拜託友人打一次電話詢問。得到說是訂房電話無法處理，會再回覆。最終下午兩點才獲得：東西已經丟掉的答案。

房間超大超乾淨，離國際通走路5分鐘，樓下就是全家，旁邊就有24小時1000日圓停車場，非常方便，只有辦裡入住時是自助式，填寫資料有點小麻煩，還有隔音稍微不太好，但綜合起來非常值得推薦，又便宜又便利

房間地板沒拖乾淨都是頭髮灰塵餅乾穴穴，用毛巾沾酒精拖過兩次才乾淨，清潔真的需要加強。 無人櫃檯自助入住到現場還需要輸入全都入住人資料，頗麻煩的！不會想要再入住
