Hotel ini adalah lokasi paling nyaman di San Francisco. Terletak di persimpangan Market Street dan 4th Street. Hotel Marriott tepat di depan Anda. Ada toko Ross secara diagonal. Saya menginap selama 5 malam. Tidak ada sandal atau sikat gigi di kamar, jadi Anda harus membawanya. Aku punya satu kotak tisu di meja depan/resepsi. Tidak ada lemari es. Microwave ada di lantai dasar. Kamar putri saya hanya memiliki shower, tetapi kamar saya juga memiliki bathtub. Resepsionis semuanya sangat baik. Salah satu dari mereka berbicara bahasa Jepang dan sangat baik. Ada restoran dan supermarket di dekat sini, jadi sangat nyaman. Ada banyak kereta, jadi ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk jalan-jalan.

First impression was the staff. Super helpful and friendly. The hotel has an old world charm about it. The room was quite small but the bed was really comfortable and very nice bedding. The room was clean and had a good shower in it. There was no noise as my room faced onto another building. No air con but found the ceiling fan did a good job. It's a perfect location for everywhere with regular bus and trains. I think it's really more of an upmarket hostel than a hotel but that said for the price it's a very good deal. Biggest selling point is the staff. Super nice. I felt the hotel was safe, clean and an excellent location. Also right next door to trader Joe's! Bonus! Would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed very much my stay here for 5 nights. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is just around 35 mins from SFO by BART. The hotel is right at the heart of SF and is located next to the Powell train station. There are a lot of restaurants, Target, and Trader Joe around. Just 15 mins walk to historical Chinatown and the waterfront. Complementary coffee every morning from 6:30 am to 9 am in the lobby. The facility in the room is basic: it has a TV in the bedroom, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the bathroom, and an Iron and an ironing board in the closet. Just no toothbrush and toothpaste.

Overall ok, very close to the centre on Market St, free coffee offered every morning from 6:30-9:00, check in was easy. The room though was small, had flies come in...so not clean. The lift is a bit small too, only 2 people max inside at once.

location was perfect, but not recommend for more than 2days.

I’ve stayed at the mosser for many years although I had not been back until recently the hotel runs the same . The only downside was they tell You upon check in to Come down for free breakfast in the morning . Got up early went down to the lobby all that they offered was coffee or tea . I asked told me that is what they serve , that is not anywhere near a breakfast I would have been happy with a muffin but nope just coffee. Other then that stay was quiet I didn’t think very many people were there

Older hotel but maintained well. Front desk was professional and helpful. Would only clean room on request due to Covid (enough already with covid)

Half the price of the Marriott across the street and access to all the same parts of The City. Comfy room, great free coffee in the morning, clean and spotless from top to bottom.

Very central, near union sq, just about right size. The only thing was that my room was facing the street so I can hear a bit of noise.

My new fav in SF. Amazingly friendly staff, great rates, and although an older property it was perfect for a solo traveler like myself.

Loved this 1913 historic building. Very quiet. Small but functional and comfortable room. Updated room interior. Across the street from the Marriott Marquis at a fraction of the price. Less than 5 minutes from Powell St BART and MUNI. Would repeat.
