I like this hotel for its location, room size, cleanliness and hotel friendly services. Not forgetting to mention the breakfast which is plenty and nice. This time I booked 2 rooms to welcome my Singaporean friends who came here for visits cum holidays. They have a wonderful stay and promised will return and stay here again. Every time I come to Huangdao, I stay at Kaiyuan Mingdu. It has an excellent location, a busy area, convenient transportation, and you can see the sea and the sunset. The hotel service is also very good, clean and hygienic, and the bed is soft and comfortable.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station, no need to bother local friends to pick you up. It is also very close to the beach, just a 5-8-minute walk. The lobby on the first floor is not very big, but it is acceptable. The front desk receptionist Qu Tong is enthusiastic and professional. Seeing that I was staying alone, she took the initiative to help me upgrade the room. The room is very good, but the hardware is not satisfactory. The wardrobe in the bedroom is slanted and the door is difficult to open, which needs improvement. After checking in, the guy also sent fruit, which was warm.

Although this hotel is a bit old, it gives a good first impression. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the bedding is comfortable, and I am very satisfied with my overall stay. The aunties are very enthusiastic and solve my needs in a timely manner. In a word, I like it very much and will stay here again next time!
